What type of music do you enjoy most? Explain why you enjoy this type of music.

I enjoy listening to country music most .First reson is My favorite singer is TS.She is

a counrty music singer. I love Hers beatuiful voice and melodies When i hear her songs i feel relax and happy. Second listening country music, especially for non-native English speakers, is that the words are easier to understand. I dont need extra time to search the explain.besides I like country music mostly because most songs right now talk about sex, or money and drugs or both. It's quite disgusting. I dislike it.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of replacing paper books or magazines?Include reasons and examples to support your response.

I prefer to read e-books for two reasons. Firstly, reading e-books is much cheaper. Instead of spending a great amount of money buying paper books in the bookstore, downloading the e-books costs me almost nothing. Since I am still a student now, I do not have much extra money to be spent on buying books, so reading e-books can save me a lot of money. Secondly, reading e-books is environmentally friendly. As the production of paper consumes huge amount of water and tree resources, choosing electronic books over paper books will help preserve valuable natural resources and help protect our fragile environment.

Describe your favorite subject at school. Explain why this subject is

your favorite.

My favorite academic subject is math because I enjoy solving problems in a logical way and I can apply my

math skills to other areas of my life. For instance, I remember sitting in front of my desk for three hours when I was

nine years old because I was trying to solve a math problem. It was in fact a fun exercise for me rather than an

academic responsibility. After successfully finding the solution, I felt a great sense of accomplishment. Besides, I can

use my math skills whenever I go grocery shopping, such as applying the discounts and calculating the change or

even when I?m managing my personal finances. Therefore, I have always found learning math so useful and

interesting.

. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It's easier to teach children in primary schools than students in universities. Include reasons and details in your

explanation.

I don?t agree with this opinion. I think it is more difficult to teach children in

primary schools mainly because the younger children is too young to understand the deep concepts . So the teacher need more time to explain the concepts again and again. Second There may be many distractions for children that will keep them from learning, and they have a much shorter attention span. children in

primary schools is earier to lose their attention.On the other hand, students in universities are better at self-motivation and discipline. They are also more aware of the importance of utilizing their time.

money on some projects to encourage citizens to lead healthier lifestyles. Use specific reasons and examples to support your response.

don?t agree with the idea that the government should spend money to encourage its citizens to live a healthyI

lifestyle. In my opinion, the choice of lifestyle is personal. In other words, everyone has the freedom to choose the

lifestyle they prefer, whether it is healthy or unhealthy. In addition, to determine whether a lifestyle is healthy is

entirely subjective; what the government considers healthy is not necessarily healthy for everyone. Therefore I don，t

think the government has the ability to decide a lifestyle that is universally good and it is not entitled to spend

taxpayers? money to do so.

. Many college students will get homesick when they go away to college. What do you think college students should

do to reduce homesickness? Explain why? Include specific reasons and examples in your response.

I think the key find an activity to do when you miss your family. listening music is a good choice. It cures you sadness emotion and also helps you from focusing on home too much. More importantly, make sure you have a friend. You will be homesick much more often if you?re lonely. For me i would like go out with my friend. We can eat some delicious food and buy many good clothes .This makes me happy and wouldnt feel alone.Having a friend can comfort you and make you feel better. If the above two solutions don?t work. Your university is planning to allow students to eat snacks in class. What is your opinion and why? What are the

advantages and disadvantages of eating snacks in class? Include reasons and examples to support your response.

In my opinion, eating in class is an impolite behavior to both the lecturer and other students. When I was in

college, some of my classmates would eat during morning classes because they didn?t have enough time for breakfast.But these classmates would made a lot of noiese. So that let other student can’t focus on their class.it not fair for other students who want to study.

Further, I remember being disturbed by classmates who

were eating in class because of the smell of the food and the sound of chewing. Thus I think students shouldn?t eat in

class.

Some people prefer to outdoors activities while others prefer indoor activities. Which do you prefer and why?

I think

outdoor activities like playing volleyball with my friends in an open court are much better. First, outdoor activities are often more strenuous and so they can exercise your body more. If you stay indoors to do yoga, it

probably consumes less energy than playing football or badminton. Secondly, many outdoor activities are team

sports，in which a team of players work together for the same goal, i.e. to win the game. So you are more likely to

make new friends and develop interpersonal skills better. Last but not least, you can have more chances to get close

with the nature, which means sunshine, fresh air and more space. This is something indoor activities can never

provide.

Some people believe that a college student should take a wide variety of courses relating to basic knowledge.

Others believe that a college student should focus on some specific courses relating to a specific career. What is your

opinion on and why? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Given the choice, I would prefer to study a variety of courses even if they are not related to a specific career.

As a university student, take various courses heplp student learn sth else. There are many different courses like ART .PE. Music and so on. for instance taking PE is a good choice for stuent who overwight want to lose wight .Also doing some exercise can build our shape. Moreover, just like the old

saying goes, variety is the spice of life. By taking a variety of courses my life would be more varied and my curiosity

will be greatly satisfied.

No. I don?t agree with this statement.

Bcz the money of wealthy people is come from their hard working. They spend their time and make great efforts on their work. Its no reason to give proverty people money.Second, use wealthy people’s money to help others which means they will use anyday after they still poor. wealthy people should tell proverty people they way to earn money help the proverty people creat value for society. Moreover , helping poor people is not the duty for rich class, it just a moral problem. So i think rich class neednt given money to poor.
