一调查背景
手机作为信息时代的产物，已经在各个主流媒体中凸显作用，随着手机在中国普及率的
快速提高，越来越多的手机持有者发现自己已经无法离
开这个“爱物儿”。在大学，课堂上，
老师在讲台上辛苦的讲课，而学生们在下面旁若无人，心无旁骛的玩手机的现象，无论对老
师和还是学生，似乎都已经是司空见惯，见怪不怪了。而在我们学校这样的现象也有愈演愈
烈之势。每到上课时候，环顾周围，总会发现一群拿着手机、埋头苦干的学子们，当然我们
有时候也是其中之一，并不否认大部分同学的大部分时间还是认真听讲的，可是为什么，上
课玩手机的同学越来越多呢？在一些公共场所，例如等公交、购物娱乐等，这种现象也存在，
而且很严重。
对此我们小组经过讨论，决定选择手机依赖症作为我们的调查题目，希望能够通过我们
的调查认识，为大家解疑答惑，为同学们更健康地使用手机，戒除手机依赖症，提供一定的
建议。

什么是手机依赖症从字面上直观理解，手机依赖症就是指，我们对手机的依赖程度过大，这种依赖性已经影响到了我们的正常生活。而几乎每个有手机的人，都会有这样的经历：我们会时不时的从
口袋里拿出手机看时间或者看有没有短信或未接电话；我们一空闲下来不管喜不喜欢，总习
惯用手机上，浏览一些似乎无关紧要的信息；我们在公共场合听到手机铃声时，总会下意
识的摸一摸我们自己的手机，这些都是手机依赖症的前兆或症状而百度百科上给手机依赖症下的定义是：手机依赖症是一种新型心理疾病，尤其青睐青
年白领女性、业务担子重的中年男人和学生三类人。手机作为一种现代化的通讯工具，由于
它的方便快捷，越来越受到人们的青睐，随着“手机一族”、“低头族”队伍的不断壮大，一
种由于对手机过分依赖而形成的现代心理疾病——手
机依赖症也悄然现身了。
手机依赖症产生的原因手机依赖症的产生是多种原因综合作用的结果，其中现代生活中压力过大和一些人性格内向是造成手机依赖症目前最主要的原因。原因：1.压力过大：现代社会工作压力大，人
际交往日益频繁，信息更新流通速度快，这些原因使得手机成为大多数人工作和生活的重心，手机无形中在这些人的心里占据了相当重要的地位，一旦手机没电或来电频率突然降低就会出现情绪波动，
如焦虑、烦躁、抑郁等症状。2.性格内向：一些性格内向、缺乏自信的人是感染“手机依赖
症”的高发人群。这些人往往交际圈小，朋友少，想与外界联系又不积极主动，只能借助于
手机来排解孤独感和证明自己的存在。除了上面的两个原因之外，现在的人们缺少目标，对
自己的生活没有一个明确的长期规划，导致自己生活中没有动力，时间安排不合理，也是造
成手机使用过度的原因。
透过调查问卷数据看我校大学生手机依赖症情况为了更好的了解同学们的手机使用状况，我们在课下对同学们进行了一项关于手机依赖
症的调查，调查问卷在报告书附页。调查问卷一共设置
了13个问题，发放调查问卷134份，
回收有效问卷102份，其中男54份，女48份。部分调查结果统计处理如下：

一、调查背景
随着科技的进步，昔日昂贵的手机现已进入寻常百姓家。人们不用远行，就可以及时问
候对方。向自己所爱的人表达思想，言语和文字尽在其中。手机也能在危难之时显身手，堪
称贴身保镖。手机现在还能手机支付和上购物，人们可以随时随地的购物。除此之外，用
手机的阅也是十分的便利。人们可以用手机每天随时随地的了解世界上发生的事情，与时俱
进，耳听八方，尽知天下事。因此，可以说手机广泛涉及地球上的几乎每一个人，手机真的
已经无处不在。手机为人们带来了无可厚非的便利，它为人们的生活作出了巨大作用。但是手机在给人们带来便利的同时，但也存在一定的弊端。随着社会逐渐步入信息化时
代,手机的使用已经越来越频繁,大学生拥有手机的比例亦相当之高，而且使用非常频繁,部分
甚至对手机已经产生严重的依赖,在无法使用手机或忘记携带手机时,常会出现如烦燥不安、
言语粗俗、情绪低落、抑郁寡欢等不良情绪,而这种现象实际上已经是手机依赖症的表现。这
不禁让我们联想到瘾初成时的情况,手机会不会成为继瘾之后又一个对大学生产生巨大
危害的现象呢为了解大学生手机依赖症的发生现状及其不良影响,我们对河北大学生使用手
机情况进行了问卷调查。此次调查旨在提高大学生对手机依赖危害的认识和关注，为了更好
的引导大学生更加合理的使用手机，涉弊趋利。
二、调查方式
我们采用了发放问卷的方式进行的调查。我们共发放问卷50份，共收回50份。回收率
100%。调并且参加调查的对象具有很高的随机性，保证了本次大学生手机依赖调查具有一定
普遍意义。调查主要涉及资环学院，职业技术学院，法政学院，教育学院等五个学院，覆盖
一年级，二年级，三年级，四年级，数据翔实可靠。问卷题型为等级性选择题。
三、调查时间
XX年6月1日—XX年6月5日
四、调查内容
主要针对大学生对手机依赖程度高低，设计了五个选项：完全不符合、基本不符合、一
般、基本符合、完全符合，分别对应的是1-2-3-4-5等级,涉及了调查者手机使用情况、手机
对生理、心理影响情况，共向受访者提出了17个问题（见附1）。
五、调查结果
通过问卷调查，经过数据分析整理，我们概括总结出了大学生手机依赖现状如下：
（一）大学生手机依赖之男女程度分析（注释：男生3人，女生47人；表格中1表示完全不符合2表示基本不符合3表示一般
4表示基本符合5表示完全符合）由表1可以看出，男生对于手机的依赖程度平均数（男生每个依赖程度所得票÷男生人数）在逐步的增加，而女生的平均数（女生每个依赖程度所得票÷女生总人
数）相对较持平，说明男生对于手机的依赖程度较高，而女生相对较低些。（二）大学生手
机依赖之文理科差异分析表2 （注释：文科43人，理科7人; 表格中1表示完全不符合2表示基本不符合3表示一般4表示基本符合5表示完全符合）由表2可以
看出文科生依赖程度的平均数（文科生各依赖程度所选票数÷文科人数）有逐步下降的趋势，说明文科生对于手机的依赖程度不是特别严重；相反，理科
生依赖程度的平均数（理科生各依赖程度所选票数÷理科人数）确是呈上升的趋势，而且达
到了之高，说明理科生对于手机的依赖程度是较文科生之高的。
（三）大学生手机依赖之年级差异（注释：大一：4人大二：42人大三：2人大四：2人; 表格中1表示完全不符合2
表示基本不符合3表示一般4表示基本符合5表示完全符合）由表3可以看出随着年级的增长，手机依赖的程度平均数是逐步增长的，大三大四尤其明显；而在大三大四两个年级中，大四又更为明显，在程度4和程度5 中分别达到了和的平均数值。所以，得出结论：手机依赖是年级越高，依赖程
度越高。
（四）大学生手机依赖之对身心健康影响分析（第题分析）符合）由表4看出，选程度1的完全不符合的所占比例最多，达到了%，而选（注释：表格中1表示完全不符合2表示基本不符合3表示一般4表示基本符合5表示完全
程度5完全符合所占的比例最少，才%。表4是针对大学生对手机依赖对身心健康
影响的调查，出现表4中的现象，说明大学生对手机依赖对身心健康的心想并不是特别关注
或是没有认识到手机依赖潜在的对自身的危害。
六、打学生手机依赖的因素和应对策略
（一）、因素：
第一、心理因素
（1）、从众心理的影响。从众心理是指个人在受到他人或社会群体的一致性影响力时，
自己的认知或行为遵从于公众舆论或群体大多数人，甚至出现违背自己意愿的现象，即通常
所说的“随大流”。大学生生活在校园中，朝夕相处，群体内部具有足够的同一性和吸引力，
再加上大学生年龄段的特点，个体独立性较差、自制力弱，对群体有较强的依赖性和归属感。
因此，在高等院校，大学生的从众现象比较普遍。“别人有，我也要有”、别人玩，我也要玩”
的心理，导致一些大学生购买和使用手机的初衷并不一定是自己真的需要，而是看到同学都
买了、都用了，便认为自己也有这种“需要”，自己也购买并使用手机，才能和大多数同学保
持一致。
（2）、心理诉求的需要。一方面，使用手机满足当代大学生的社交需求。在现代社会，
大学生通过手机通话、发送短信，随时随地与社会络中的其他人取得联系，获取社会资本，
满足社交需求。一般说来，手机上存储的号码越多，每天使用的时间越长，说明社交络就
越大，获取的社会资本也就越多，导致对手机的依赖也就越深。另一方面，借助手机包含的
丰富的附加功能，满足当代大学生获取信息的需求。手机不仅拥有通话和发送短信的基本功
能，还包含手机上、音乐、游戏、电子字典等功能。处在黄金学习阶段的大学生，充满了
对知识和信息的渴求，手机丰富强大的功能、满载的信息、方便快捷地传递，无不吸引着大
学生的使用。
（3）、人格特质的差异。有研究发现，“粘液—抑郁质的大学生每月发送手机短信的条数
最少，相对而言，胆汁质的大学生每月发送的短信条数最多；而在手机使用时间方面，粘液
—抑郁质的大学生使用时间最少，胆汁质的大学生使用的最多。”
