第一章总则第一条为保障员工休息休假的权利，调动员工积极性，提高工作效率，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《职工带薪年休假条例》、《陕西省人口与计划生育条例》等有关法律、法规、规章的规定，结合公司实际，制定本办法。第二条本办法所称休息休假是员工依照国家法律、法规、规章的规定或经公司批准不从事工作，由个人支配的时间。㈠休息，包括日休息、周休息日和法定节假日休息；㈡休假，包括带薪年休假（以下简称“年休假”）、探亲假、婚假、丧假、产假（含计划生育假）、哺乳假、护理假、病假、工伤假、事假和公假等。第三条本办法所称工时制度分为：㈠标准工时工作制：是指按照国家法定标准每周工作5天，每天工作8小时，每周工作40小时；㈡综合计算工时工作制：是指分别以周、月、季、年等为周期，综合计算工作时间，但其平均日工作时间和周工作时间应与法定标准工作时间基本相同；㈢不定时工作制：无确定工作时间的工时制度。执行综合计算工时工作制和不定时工作制的员工，公司可采取集中工作、集中休息、轮休调休、弹性排班制等方式确保员工休息休假的权利和各项业务指标、工作任务的完成。
