昆山市新市民子女公办学校积分入学管理实施细则

《昆山市新市民子女公办学校积分入学管理实施细则》（以下简称《细则》）正式出台，《细则》对积分指标、项目分值、计分办法、受理窗口、工作流程等内容进行了详细规定。每年3月，昆山市有入学需求的新市民可以根据自己的条件，自主上网填写申报信息。

《细则》明确了积分入学办法所称昆山市新市民子女是指：夫妻（含其他法定监护人）双方中至少一方在本市居住一年以上，有合法稳定职业、合法稳定住所的非昆山籍人员符合入园、入学年龄的子女。昆山房姿势看狩坊的新浪博客，《细则》只适用于幼儿园、小学、初中的

起始年级招生。《细则》强调了新市民居住证的时间必须为“入学当年3月31日向前推算

满一年”。

《细则》对申报、受理、新市民提出异议、复核等过程及其时间作了明确规定：

每年2月底前，相关部门公布当年度准入学校和施教区;3月1日至3月31日，新市民申请、

提交材料；5月底前，相关部门公布当年度准入学校可供学位数；6月5日前，相关部门完成

核查评分工作；6月6日至6月10日，申请人查分、提出复核要求;6月15日至6月19日, 积分公示、申请人提出异议阶段；每年6月底前，当年度各学段积分入学准入名单公布；每年

7月15日前，各区镇向进入积分入学准入名单的新市民子女发放相应学段积分入学准入卡。
