华中师范大学2015届免费师范毕业生签约暂行规定 为了规范免费师范生就业过程管理，明确《华中师范大学免费师范毕业生就业协议》的签订流程及效力，根据《教育部直属师范大学免费师范毕业生就业实施办法》的通知（教师【2010】2号）、《教育部办公厅关于免费师范毕业生就业相关政策的通知》（教师厅【2011】1号）等文件精神，制定本规定。 一、免费师范毕业生通过双向选择在生源省内基础教育行业落实单位的，可直接签订《华中师范大学免费师范毕业生就业协议》（以下简称“就业协议”），就业协议经学生本人签字确认，用人单位签字盖章后即生效，由学生将签订完成的就业协议交所在学院和学生就业工作处（以下简称“就业处”）备案。 二、在2015年5月31日前没有签订就业协议的免费师范毕业生，由就业处根据生源省的要求，将毕业生直接派遣到生源地教育行政部门，由当地教育行政部门统筹安排。 三、免费师范毕业生拟到生源省外基础教育行业就业的，不能直接签订就业协议，必须先办理申请跨省就业的审批手续。跨省就业获批后，方可签订就业协议。免费师范毕业生需凭生源省及接收省同意出省就业和同意接收的证明材料，以及已签订的就业协议到学院和就业处备案。跨省就业未被批准，免费师范毕业生回生源省就业，按上述第一条或第二条规定执行。若要坚持出省，须与生源省解除免费师范生教育协议后，方可签订就业协议，凭生源省的解约证明材料到学院和就业处备案。
