考核目标与要求

一、语言知识

要求考生掌握并能运用英语语音、词汇、语法基础知识以及所学功能意念和话题(见附录1至附录5),要求词汇量为3500左右。

二、语言运用

1.听力

(1)理解主旨要义;

2.阅读

注意练习阅读

阅读是学习英语的一个重要方面,阅读能力是考察从文字中分析信息的重要能力,也是中国人学习英语的最方便的手段。中学生应从精读和泛读两方面入手。所谓精读,就是认真读,一句话一句话地将单词和意思搞明白。对不明白的词或短语,要翻查辞典,必须弄懂。文章读完后,还要学习归纳、综合和推理判断。有时候,将比较难的英文句子译成中文对准确的理解英文很有好处。中学英语课本中的课文和一些英语名篇都可以作为精读的材料。泛读是中学生容易忽略的一种阅读方式。所谓泛读,就是大致一读,只求掌握大意,不去考虑句子结构和某些词汇的用法。泛读的材料有很多种,简易读物,中学生英文报纸,各类比较浅显的英语文章,均可以让中学生泛读。读这类材料时,不要一碰到生词就查辞典,尽量靠上下文来猜测词义,除非一个生词反复出现,不知道意思实在影响理解全文,否则就不查。泛读还要讲究一定的效率,有时也不必逐词明白。泛读多了,语感就会加强,还能逐步练习出跳读与扫读的能力。可以说,不能泛读的人,就不叫会阅读。
