1、每天3小时背单词时间，当然这3小时不是连续的3小时，因为人保持注意力的时间是很短的，如果连续背3小时单词，其实很多时间都浪费掉了，因此这3个小时，应该拆散开，背一小时单词单词做点别的，在背一小时单词，再做点别的，这样效率就提高了。
2、花上30分钟时间，总结白天上课的内容，否则这一天挺过去，真的也就挺过去了，除了记下了几个笑话，这一天真的就过去了，而且，老师的这些经验，很多都是你当时听起来没感觉，但是真正做起题来，才真正发觉这个信息的可贵。但是很遗憾的是，老师当时具体讲什么，你已经记不起来了，因此，一定要花半小时整理一下今天的笔记，这样才会有收获!
3、还剩下的2个半小时的时间，大家可以这样

1小时听写乾坤中级听写包，并且把里面不熟悉的单词都摘抄出来。
