一、课前组织教学 英语教学中通常称之为ice—breaking。成功的“课前热身操”能很好地调动学生的学习热情，吸引学生的注意力，促使学生较快的投入到英语学习中去。这个环节可采用的形式有很多：英语儿歌，歌曲，游戏，绕口令等等。效果比较好的是动口，动手，动脑“三动合一”的活动，根据Asher的TPR理论，这样的活动通过肢体语言的配合使用，能一下子抓住学生的注意力，降低学习英语的难度，有利于帮助学生消除紧张心理，从而帮助他们更好的理解并学习英语，以儿歌为例，每节课前我可以用这首儿歌组织教学，让学生明确课堂准备要求：Eyes on me, ears listen to me, hands on your knees, feet on the floor.” 我也可以采用提问的形式：Eyes? 学生回答：On Miss Wong.. 我再问：Ears? 学生回答：Listen to Miss Wong……这样既能帮助学生集中注意力，形成师生互动，又能复习英语单词。当然，在上课过程中我也要不时提醒，使学生逐渐养成习惯。 二、尽量用英语组织教学 用英语组织教学，可以烘托英语课堂气氛，增强学生的求知欲，提高学生的听说能力。这一环节非常重要，是学生练习听力的良好机会，也是学生学习与模仿的途径之一。坚持用英语讲课要从最简单的日常英语开始，然后逐步加深。开始应配以肢体语言，表情或适当的解释说明，尽量避免用汉语讲述。逐步使学生沉浸在浓厚的英语气氛之中，通过英语交流，提高听说能力。 三、用直观教具，为学生创造良好的听说环境 实物，单词卡，教学挂图等都是英语教学中常用的直观教具，除了自己制作直观教具外，还可以发动学生自己制作教具。如刚开始学习字母时，就可以让学生做字母卡片，以便进行同桌，分组，找朋友以及单词接龙等多种形式的听说训练。音标教学，单词教学，对话教学，课文教学等都可以让学生自己制作一下教具。这样安排不仅有利于我们进行听说训练，而且也促使学生动脑动手，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂效率，教学效果会更好。 四、教唱英文歌曲，学讲英语小笑话，小故事，表演童话剧等等，形成轻松的学习气氛 不少英语学习内容可以用歌曲形式表达，这有助于激发学习兴趣和分散难点。因此，在英语教学中融音乐与英语为一体，能帮助学生理解对话，表现情景内容，创设有声语言环境，使学生自然投入。在唱歌过程中，可以根据歌曲内容进行问答或分角色对话，体现歌曲中的交际情景。英语小笑话和小故事不仅老师讲，而且要让学生学会讲，让学生从机械，呆板，单调，紧张的学习环境中解脱出来，消除学习疲劳，并感受到学习的乐趣，提高学习效率。 五、设计游戏情景，复习巩固已学的内容 在词汇或对话复习教学中设计适合儿童口味的游戏，是寓教于乐的好方法，能帮助教师把单调乏味的复习工作变得生动活泼，为学生在自然的气氛中进行语言操练创设了条件，使学生乐而好学。例如，在教身体部位时，我设计了一个“Simon Says” 的游戏：我可以跟学生说：“Simon is a boy, if he says …Simon says touch your nose?, you should quickly touch your nose.
