济南大学文学院英语四级考试奖励办法
英语在当今社会的作用越来越重要,作为一名大学生掌握住英语更是至关重要.因此,调动同学们学好英语,提升同学们学习英语大的兴趣是当务之急.为此,济南大学文学院结合我校具体情况，特制定四级考试奖励方案实施办法以促进同学们学习英语的积极性.
一、参评范围
济南大学文学院大二全体学生。
二、四级考试奖励评选比例及额度
英语四级考试奖励是文学院为了激励学生提高学习英语的积极性，增强英语水平而实施的奖励方法，依据同学们在四级考试中的成绩确立不同的等级，其中一等奖占2%，二等奖占3%，三等奖占5%。以年级为单位评定：一等奖奖励0.3个学分并颁发“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书；二等奖奖励0.2个学分并颁发“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书；三等奖奖励0.1个学分并颁发“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书。
三、评选办法
1.成绩测评的内容
成绩测评的内容主要包括学院年级评比、班级评比两个方面。
班级奖励
（1）、英语四级成绩公布后，学院以班级英语四级通过率为标准给予该班适当的物质奖励。
（2）、英语四级考试通过率达95%以上的班级，给予该班级1000元的奖励，并授予“一等学习优秀班集体”的荣誉称号；英语四级通过率达90%以上的班级，给予该班级800元的奖励，并授予“二等学习优秀班集体”的荣誉称号。英语四级通过率达85%以上的班级，给予该班级500元的奖励，并授予“三等学习优秀班集体”的荣誉称号。
（3）、一等学习优秀班集体加0.2学分，二等学习优秀班集体j 加0.1学分，三等学习优秀班集体加0.05学分。
年级奖励
（1）、在公布同学们的英语四级成绩后，以文学院同学们的英语四级考试成绩为参照，取英语四级考试成绩在年级排名前10%的学生进行奖励。
（2）、奖励共约35人，分一二三等奖,一等奖5名，二等奖10名，三等奖20名。
(4)、奖励方法包括学分和荣誉证书：
一等奖: 加0.3个学分及“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书
二等奖：加0.2个学分及“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书
三等奖：加0.1个学分及“英语学习标兵”荣誉证书
四、评选程序
英语四级考试奖励由文学院按照《济南大学学生综合测评实施办法》组织评定。评定结果予以张贴公示。
五、评定时间
英语四级考试奖励评定时间为四级成绩公布后，初步定于10月份。

一、方案背景：
在当今社会，英语在社会交往中发挥着越来越重要的作用，熟练掌握一门外语对于当代大学生来说越来越重要。
二、方案目的：
大学英语四级考试将在六月中旬举行，文学院通过实施奖励办法，鼓励同学们积极学习英语，增强英语水平，从而营造出一种良好的学习氛围。
三、方案意义：
通过这种奖励方法，激发同学们的学习热情，增强同学们学习积极性，为同学们考英语四级提供动力，达到一次性通过英语四级。

济南大学文学院全体参加英语四级考试的全体学生

六月中旬英语四级考试后
七、方案内容：
（一）英语学习阶段
1．通过参加新东方英语讲座培训、英语辅导讲座等方法掌握英语学习技巧。
2．以班级为单位,成立英语兴趣小组,集体学习、讨论英语,提高大家学习英语的积极性,促进英语成绩的提高。
3．通过与外国留学生交流英语,锻炼英语口语能力。
（二）学习宣传阶段
1、考试前期：宣传部以展板的形式出版英语四级考试奖励措施，激励同学们积极备考。
2、考试后期：成绩公布后，宣传部将获奖班级及个人进行公示，张贴于10教514楼壁上。
