步搭建学生学习和交流英语的平台，提高学生学

一、比赛主题

北寨学区首届英语口语大赛。

二、参赛对象

参赛选手为各学校5、6年级的学生，每班选派1（希小2名）名选手分年级参加竞赛。

三、时间和场地安排

2013年4月5日下午1时，兰渭希望小学民德楼多媒体教室。

四、比赛形式和要求

1、比赛形式：每位参赛选手先进行自我介绍；然后进行2至3分钟脱稿演讲，题目自拟。

2、评分标准：自我介绍占20%，演讲占80%。要求选手在台上全程只能用英语表达（不

能用中文），发音标准，语音语调流畅自然，主题鲜明突出，仪表大方得体。

现有培训机构（学校）教育成果的机会，共同交流、学习，促进我

市青少年儿童英语教育发展，所以，有洛阳日报报业集团主办，洛

阳网承办的“2012洛阳市首届少儿英语视频演讲大赛”将在近期举行。

一、组织机构：

主办单位：洛阳日报报业集团

承办单位：洛阳网

协办单位：英语培训机构、学校

二、活动目的：

给优秀的孩子一个展示自我的机会，给各教育机构、学校提供一个

交流、学习的机会。

三、活动时间：

2012年6月1日——2012年6月16日

四：活动地点：

洛阳日报报业集团洛阳网演播厅

五、参赛机构报名：

凡是洛阳少儿英语教育机构、学校均可报名。

六、参赛机构事项：

1、每个机构需付报名费5000元，最多推选五名学生进行参赛

2、机构推选学生不得超过12岁；学校仅限小学1——6年级。

3、机构回报：将在最终视频录制后加入机构40秒广告在王府井led屏幕上展播。在洛阳网社区教育板块内可发布两条免费广告。在洛阳网首页轮播参赛视频时付上机构或学校宣传片。

九、活动具体事宜：、

一、活动方式：

1、本次活动将通过洛阳网进行视频比赛，届时比赛现场会聘请专业老师及业内知名人士作为评委来为我们选手打分，同时，洛阳网负责视频拍摄及上传至洛阳网首页进行轮播，开通手机投票方式可为自己喜欢的参赛选手投票。

2、每名选手有最多十分钟的展示时间，期间，尽量使用英文交流。故事、课文、作文、歌曲等形式均可。

二、评分规则：

1、现场展示完毕后，评委为选手打分，满分一百分，取平均分为选手现场最终得分。

2、网络投票一票等于1分。

3、本轮比赛结束后由评委打分+网络投票得分得出该选手本轮最终得分。

三、比赛制度：

1、本次比赛分初赛、复赛、决赛。

2、初赛比赛后将淘汰低于总平均分的选手，其余选手晋级复赛。

3、复赛比赛后将淘汰低于总平均分的选手，其余选手晋级决赛。

4、决赛结束后按照分数从高到低排名，取前三名为一、二、三等奖，其余选手为优秀奖。

5、优秀辅导员奖为决赛第一名的参赛选手教师获得。

6、团体得分最高的机构、学校将获得优秀组织奖。

7、有一段故事或一段经历能让人印象深刻的学生获得特别奖。
