现代企业管理模式 现代涉及企业经营战略、经营目标、组织与文化、制造资源、资金与成本、技术与产品 开发、与控制等方面,且分为战略层、战术层和执行层等多个层次的模式。现代企业管理技 术是通过现代管理模式与计算机管理信息系统支持企业合理、有效地经营与生产,最大限度 地发挥现有设备、资源、人、技术的作用,最大限度地产生企业经济效益。 企业现代管理模式 企业为实现其经营目标组织其资源、经营生产活动的基本框架和方式,典型的现代企业 管理模式与方法有:企业资源计划(ERP) 、制造资源计划(MRPII) 、准时生产 (JIT) 、精良生产 (Lean Production) 、按类个别生产 (OKP) 、优化生产技术(OPT)、(SCM) 、企业过程重组 (BPR) 、敏捷虚拟企业 (AVE) 等等。先进企业管理模式是实现集成化管理与决策信息系统的理论基 础。 五种企业管理模式 未来的企业管理的目标模式是以制度化管理模式为基础,适当地吸收和利用其他几种管 理模式的某些有用的因素。为什么这样讲呢牵因为制度化管理比较“残酷”,适当地引进一 点亲情关系、友情关系、温情关系确实有好处。甚至有时也可以适当地对管理中的矛盾及利 益关系做一点随机性的处理,“淡化”一下规则,因为制度化太呆板了。 1.亲情化管理模式这种管理模式 利用家族血缘关系中的一个很重要的功能,即内聚功能,也就是试图通过家族血缘关系 的内聚功能来实现对企业的管理。从历史上看,虽然一个企业在其创业的时期,这种亲情化 的企业管理模式确实起到过良好的作用。但是,当企业发展到一定程度的时候,尤其是当企 业发展成为大企业以后,这种亲情化的企业管理模式就很快会出现问题。因为这种管理模式 中所使用的家族血缘关系中的内聚性功能,会由其内聚性功能而转化成为内耗功能,因而这 种管理模式也就应该被其他的管理模式所替代了。我国亲情化的企业管理模式在企业创业时 期对企业的正面影响几乎是99%,但是当企业跃过创业期以后,它对企业的负面作用也几 乎是 99%。这种管理模式的存在只是因为我们国家的信用体制及法律体制还非常不完善, 使得人们不敢把自己的资产交给与自己没有血缘关系的人使用,因而不得不采取这种亲情化 管理模式。 2.友情化管理模式 这种管理模式也是在企业初创阶段有积极意义。在钱少的时候,也就是在哥们儿为朋友 可以而且也愿意两肋插刀的时候,这种模式是很有内聚力量的。但是当企业发展到一定规模, 尤其是企业利润增长到一定程度之后,哥们儿的友情就淡化了,因而企业如果不随着发展而 尽快调整这种管理模式,那么就必然会导致企业很快衰落甚至破产。我国有一个民营企业叫 “万通”,一开始就是五个情投意合的人创办的一个友情化企业,当时大家都可以卧薪尝胆, 创业者之间完全可以不计较金钱。但是,当万通拿到第一笔大的利润的时候,五个人就开始 有所摩擦。当时万通的比较大的股东叫冯仑,他还想继续坚持这种管理模式而使企业发展, 他组织企业的创办者读《水浒》,让大家记取散伙与分裂的教训,但结果最后没有解决问题, 只好几个人解散了这个企业,放弃了这种友情化管理模式。后来万通由于创业者各自另起炉 灶而孵化了好几个企业。 3.温情化管理模式 这种管理模式强调管理应该是更多地调动人性的内在作用,只有这样,才能使企业很快 地发展。在企业中强调人情味的一面是对的,但是不能把强调人情味作为企业管理制度的最 主要原则。人情味原则与企业管理原则是不同范畴的原则,因此,过度强调人情味,不仅不
