There are many people around of me. But I want to thank my mother very much.

My mother works hard. She is kind and patient. She makes me understand a lot. She tells me how to study, and how to be a man. Once I failed the math exam. I was afraid that she was angry with me. When she knew what happened, she said “Dear, I always sta nd by your side. Please believe yourself, Never give up, whatever happen”. She encouraged me to study harder than before. With the help of mother’ help, I have made great progress. I found the confidence again. I have learned If you study hard, nothing is impossibly.

I love my mother very much. I want to thank my mother best.

The person I want to thank is my teacher

My English teacher is friendly to us . She plays an important part in my study life.

I used to be a shy girl. I was even afraid of speaking in front of others. Once my English teacher asked to take part in a speech contest. At first, I wanted to give up the chance, but my English encouraged me“Please believe yourself, I think you can do best. You should have a try”. I decided to have a t ry . I practiced again and again before the contest. To my surprise, I won the second prize. All my classmates and teachers came up to me and said “congratulations ”. The English teacher smiled to me.

Thanks to my English teacher, she gave me a chance. Now get more and more confident.

How to protect environment

Everything has changed. Our environment gets more and more worst. Some plants and animals are dying out. What should we do?

First, we should save every drop of water. Such as turning off the taps after using it and recycling the water. For example ,we can water the plants and clean the rest room with our used water. Second, we should save energy, such as more bicycling and driving less. Third recycling can protect to the environment. Take a cloth bag when we go shopping. Don’t use plastic bags. We can use both of paper.too.

At last,don’t throw away rubbish here and here. We should keep environment clean. It’s our responsibility. Said easier than done.

A Talk to Myself

Time goes by. I have studied for three years in my school. I have to talk to myself. Once, I failed an important exam and I was so sad. Then my teacher encourage me .

I make a decision to my best to learn knowledge, some months later I made progress. Through this thing, I want to talk to myself” Don’t be upset when you fail. You have to try your best, Hold on your dream, don’t give it up. Junior high school is a new beginning. You have to remember to thank your classmates and teacher all the time.”

How time flies! I will leave school soon. But will never forget the life in these three years.

In the past three years, I have had many good friends. We share our happiness, and always help each other. When I was sad, they tried their best to cheer me up. They all made me moved. Because of them, my school life becomes very colorful in my school.

My teachers are also very kind to me. They help me correct many of my mistakes and they always care about me. Thanks to them, I get more knowledge now.

Nowadays, more and more students like to make friends online.They like chatting with their friends, sending emails to each other or even meeting them secretly.

They Internet helps students make more friends. They can know more by communicating with each other and express their feelings to net pals instead of classmates. But it takes some students too much time to chat online. It’s bad for their studies. Besides, some of them may get cheated.

In my opinion,spending too much time chatting online is a waste of time and it’s dangerous for teenagers. We should concentrate more on studies. We can make friends with people around us.

Don’t be afraid of making m istakes. The more you speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. We'd better join the English club and practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines. It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep diaries.

In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing, we will learn English well.

Helping Each Other Makes the World Wonderful

In our life, everyone needs help. We should help others who are in trouble. As the saying goes, "Giving is much better than receiving." Helping others is a pleasant thing.

When we are in Grade 8, my best friend didn’t do well in English. She fell behind others. She was very worried and upset. She wanted to give it up. At that time, I lent my English notes to her and went to her house to help her. I always encouraged her to hold on. A term later, she caught up with others.

Let’s help others who need our help. When we help others, we can make progress at the same time.

My Happiness

Happiness is important in our life. In fact , happiness is always around you if you put your heart into it.

I will never forget one thing. Once, I had a bad mark at a math test. I was shy and afraid to meet my parents. But when I got back home late, my parents knew what happened, they said to me: "It doesn't matter, my child. Remember we'll be always beside you when you need help. We believe you can be better next time. Never give up!" I was moved and made up my mind to work harder and harder.

How to Keep healthy

As we all know，health is very important．But how to keep fit? Firstly, we should have a good diet．That's eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, but less junk food.

Drink more water instead of coke or other unhealthy drinks. Secondly, it's good for us to take more exercise, such as running, walking, ball games and so on. At last, we should learn to relax ourselves. We can listen to some light music, chat with families or friends and have a good sleep. To keep fit is not difficult if you care it a lot.

How I Relax Myself

Relaxing is greatly important in my study life. It often helps me feel easy and happy.

If I get bored, the best way to relax myself is to have some sports or talk with my friends, but if I get tired, I usually relax myself by listening to some music or watching TV for a while. Sometimes, I’d like to go out for a walk alone and enjoy the fresh air. I always feel comfortable after doing this.

How time flies! W e have been friends for three years. I want to tell you “Thank your great help!”

I still remembered meeting you at the first time three years ago,when I first went into the class, I had no friend to play with, so I always felt lonely and bored.

During the three years, you always encourage me to face the difficulties and make more friends. You often tell me to learn English well and help me with my lesson. When you have something happy, you always share it with me. Thanks to you, I am not lonely any longer now. Gina is a thirteen-year-old girl. She has long and black hair. She often wears glasses. She can play the piano. She likes fruit and vegetables.

When I started to learn English, I wasn’t able to understand the teacher because she talked too fast. I even couldn’t do my homework. I almost wanted to give up. At that time, my teacher said if I wanted to be successful, first of all, I should believe I would win! From then on, I started to practice English as much as possible to improve my English. I opened my mouth to speak English and I began to keep a dairy every day. It was amazing how much this helped. I got good grades in the exam.

Low-carbon Life(低碳生活)

We have only one earth. It’s everyone’s duty to love and protect the earth. But people have polluted the world a lot. Now, it’s time for us to take action. Many people begin to change their lifestyle to live a low-carbon life.

Firstly, we should reuse(再使用) some resources(资源), such as water and paper. Secondly, when we go out, we can go on foot, or by bike, instead of driving a car. Thirdly, we should turn off the light when we leave the room. Finally, when we go shopping, we should use cloth bags instead of plastic bags. At school , we can use second- hand books.

I believe, if we choose the low-carbon life, the world around us will be more and more beautiful.

My school

Time flies! I've been here for nearly three years. I'm very pleased to find that our school is really a good one.

The students in our school work hard at their lessons. They take an active part in activities that help to improve their qualities and health. They are friendly to each other and always ready to help each other. The teachers here all enjoy their work and they love their students. They work hard and do what they can do to help their students. And the students respect their teachers. They get on well with each other. The students in our school try their best to keep the school yard clean and tidy. They never throw waste about nor pick the flowers.

In a word, I am deeply impressed by the harmonious atmosphere in this school. I love my new school.
