Introduction of boy scouts
Boy Scouts, international movement dedicated to致力于developing the character of boys and youths and training them for the responsibilities of adult life. The movement was begun in England in 1907 by Robert Baden-Powell, who based his program on two already existing American organizations: Sons of Daniel Boone, and Woodcraft Indians.
Scouting exists in more than 140 countries. The national organizations are autonomous[?:'t?n?m?s]自治的；自主的but hold membership in the World Organization of the Scout Movement世界童军运动总会(英文简称为WOSM), which meets every two years. Scouts across the world all greet each other with a left-handed handshake which is made with the hand nearest the heart, and it is a sign of trust and friendship. But why did and how did Baden Powell come to decide to use it when he formed the Scout Movement.
There is a story that when Baden Powell entered Kumasi [ku:'mɑ:si]库马西（加纳中南部城市）, the capital city of the Ashanti[?'??nti]阿散蒂地区(加纳中部行政区，曾为一王国) he was met by one of the Great Chiefs of the Ashanti, He saluted

When asked why Baden Powell was told that In Africa warriors used the left hand to hold their shields and to lower it and shake the left hand of the person was to show they trusted each other, for without the shield for protection he was open to attack..
There are some variations of the handshake between national Scouting organizations.

The Lord of the Rings--A Film of the Decade This is one of the greatest films I have ever seen. It has everything! The battle scenes are wonderful especially, and since the first hour is drama, the action really gets to you and you feel like you're really there. You care about the characters more than anything in this film, so it's scary watching a battle scene for the first time because it's extremely unpredictable and you don't want your characters to die (a few of them do). However, the battle scenes are also very well done with a great mix of live-action and CGI. Although this is a PG-13 film, Jackson really went over the limit with his battles; there is blood, gore, limbs cut off, people on horses being crushed and kicked through the air by giant elephants called Mumakil; you see orcs shoot a million arrows at an oncoming rohan army, and when they hit the horses, they flop to the ground and the riders hit it hard and are thrown; you see armies crushing other armies in waves (literally!); you see rocks from catapults hit and crush people in the wonderfully-made city, immense destruction, trolls whacking people and crushing them with their clubs, and so on. There is a lot of violence i haven't gotten to describe! That explains the sheer immensity of this film! And remember those gargoyles from the second film they call Nazgul Well, let's just say Gondorian soldiers taste good and are fun to pick up and drop from 1,000 feet in the air! However, violence and gigantic battles is not only what makes this film great. What makes it great are the characters, who you love so much, the music, which is some of the best I ever heard, and most of all the visuals. They are very amazing and beautiful. Even Minas Morgul, the dark city of Mordor, is an eye-catcher.
