附件2： 湘潭大学硕士研究生学业奖学金管理办法 第一章总则 第一条为激励研究生勤奋学习、潜心科研、勇于创新、积极进取，更好地支持研究生顺利完成学业，根据财政部、教育部《关于印发<研究生学业奖学金管理暂行办法>的通知》（财教〔2013〕219号）和湖南省财政厅、教育厅《湖南省研究生学业奖学金管理暂行办法》（湘财教〔2014〕29号）等有关文件精神，为做好我校硕士研究生奖学金管理工作，特制订本办法。 第二条硕士研究生学业奖学金用于奖励我校纳入全国研究生招生计划且人事档案在学校的全日制脱产硕士研究生（有固定工资收入、定向、委培除外）。获得奖励的硕士研究生须具有中华人民共和国国籍。 第二章申请条件、标准及范围 第三条学业奖学金申请条件： 1. 热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导； 2. 遵守宪法和法律，遵守高等学校规章制度； 3. 诚实守信，品学兼优； 4. 积极参与科学研究和社会实践。 第四条学业奖学金资助总比例为招生人数的80%，资助的等级、相应的比例和奖励额度见表1。其中哲学、历史、马克思主义理论、数学、物理学、化学、力学等学科专业的学术学位研究生，以及工程硕士专业学位研究生的学业奖学
