【摘要】Objective: Provide clinical departments with online maintenance system which supports progress tracking, and provide functional departments with statistics, performance evaluation and troubleshooting knowledge accumulation. Methods:Guided by the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, design and implement a Web-based hospital online maintenance system based on the hospital's existing network infrastructure, using https://www.360docs.net/doc/4a6462948.html, and SQL Server. Results: The system, which made good use of effects, has been deployed in hospital and has been widely used in clinical departments.
