高一英语教师工作总结报告做为一名高中英语教师，我在今年主要任教于高一年级的英语课，我所带的两个班级的学生，经过一学期的认真学习，英语成绩有了显著的提高，学生们在英语课上态度认真，学习的劲头也很足，我个人认为，英语是学生的一门主要功课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进以往的教学方法。经过一个学期的英语教学工作，在我个人的积极努力与广大同学的配合下，教学任务圆满完成，现将个人工作总结如下。
