基于红外热像的带式输送机监测与预警系统

摘 要:针对带式输送机的电机、托辊、滚筒这些关键部件缺乏有效的监测系统,托辊主要依靠

人工目测,劳动量大,电机、滚筒采用传统的温度传感器,不便于安装,达不到相应的监测要求,

存在实时性差、盲点多等问题,提出了基于红外热像的带式输送机关键部件监测与故障预警系

统。该系统利用红外热像仪实时采集带式输送机的电机、托辊、滚筒的红外图像。利用红外图

像处理及识别技术对采集的图像进行分割、特征提取和分类,实现对电机、托辊、滚筒的自动分

类识别。根据部件温度和识别的部件类型,对带式输送机关键部件的故障等级做出判断,进行

故障预警。实验结果表明,该系统能初步实现带式输送机自动故障预警。

Abstract :As the key mechanical components of belt conveyor lack effective monitoring means at present ,a monitoring

and warning system of the key parts in belt conveyor was proposed based on infrared thermography.Infrared images of

the motor ,rollers and other key transmission components in belt conveyor were collected in real-time with infrared im-

ted and classified ,the automatic identification of the typical elements were realized ,such as the motor ,roller ,etc.Ac-

cording to the identified component type and the component temperature ,the fault level of key parts was judged ,and

the fault warning was achieved.Experimental results show that the method can achieve automatic identification and

fault warning of belt conveyor.

1 引 言

带式输送机是煤矿井下生产的关键运输设备。

高速、大运量、长运距的连续运行,导致其托辊损坏、

滚筒打滑或抱死、电机异常等各类故障频发,引起煤矿火灾乃至爆炸事故[1]。异常温升是带式输送机传动部件故障的最大表征量,因此温度监测成为解决问题的关键。传统的托辊故障主要依靠专门人员的巡检,工作强度大且漏检严重。电机、滚筒多采用
