摘要:分析了曲轴的工艺性,对曲轴从毛坯到成品进行了详细的工艺规程设计,并对其加工要求设计了曲轴夹具。该夹具和分度装置连接,能回转1800。其最大的特点是能在一个夹具上加工多个不同方向和位置的孔,大大地节约了加工时间,提高了对孔加工的效率,对类似的多孔加工有很好的借鉴作用。采用叉形偏心凸轮夹紧,不仅节省能源,还很灵活,而且能方便地自锁。这种装置具有定位精度高、夹紧可靠及操作方便等优点该夹具和分度装置连接,能回转1800。其最大的特点是能在一个夹具上加工多个不同方向和位置的孔,大大地节约了加工时间,提高了对孔加工的效率,对类似的多孔加工有很好的借鉴作用。采用叉形偏心凸轮夹紧,不仅节省能源,还很灵活,而且能方便地自锁。这种装置具有定位精度高、夹紧可靠及操作方便等优点。
