Recently I have been preparing a gift for my mother’s birthday.After much careful thinking，1 finally find the gift that can bring her the most pleasure and satisfaction is nothing but me—-the

As we know,there is nothing in the world that can approach a mother’s selfless love for her children.She can sacrifice everythin9，including her life，for their well-

A recent survey indicates that the monthly expenditure of a college

student has been on the sharp rise.Many college students have no concept of

thrift in their mind at all.

The following factors contribute to this excess spendin9.First of all.as

the only child oftheft families，many students are the apples in their families’eyes and naturally get move care and

pocket money.Some are even spoiled and take spending money from their parents for granted.In addition，with the improvement ofliving standards，parents can also afford higher expenditure of

their children.Moreover,some students like to pursue fashion and trends，which can be quite costly.Finally,campus love is another possible factor causing too much spending.

From my point ofview，college students should learn to be thrifty.We

should limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices.The habit of
