Students are using computers more and more nowadays. From this chart we can find that the average number of hours a student spends on the computer per week has increased sharply, from less than 2 hours in 1990 to almost 4 hours in 1995, and while in 2000, the number soared to 20.
Obviously, computers are gaining an increasing popularity. Several reasons account for this. First, computers facilitate us in many aspects of life. Also, the fast development of modern e-tech enlarges our demands for using computers. For example, we can easily contact friends in remote places through the Internet.
