计任务越来越多,但绿色建筑设计比传统设计模式复杂,很多中小型设计院不能独立完成绿色建筑设计,需要制定一套程序化的设计方法,帮助设计人员快速完成绿色建筑设计三将评价标准中的评价条款进行分解,通过网络关系分析评价条款与不同设计专业和不同设计阶段的关系,分析出在不同设计阶段不同专业应该主要负责完成的条款,将结果融入到传统设计模式中,总结出绿色建筑的程序化设计方法三将程序化方法应用到某中学游泳馆设计中,发现该方法能够对绿色建筑设计的过程进行有效的控制,使设计人员快速掌握绿色建筑设计要点,完成绿色建筑设计三

Program Design Based on Assessment Standard for Green Building

Environmental Technology ,Tianjin 300072,China ;2.College of Civil Engineering and Architecture ,Hebei University ,Baoding 071002,Hebei ,China ;3.Beijing Tianhong Yuanfang Architectural Design CO .,LTD ,Beijing 100062,China ) Abstract :With the implementation of Assessment Standard for Green Building (GB 50378 2014),the number of green buildings is growing rapidly ,the number of its design tasks also increases.However ,the green building design mode is more complex than the traditional one ,many small or medium -sized design institutes cannot design the green building independently ,therefore ,it s necessary to develop a set of procedural design methods to help designers quickly complete the green building design.Evaluation clauses in the evaluation criteria should be decomposed ,the relationship between the evaluation clauses and different design disciplines and different design stages is analyzed through network relationship ,different professions should be mainly responsible for completing at different design stages ,the results should be integrated into the traditional design pattern.The procedural design method of green buildings is summed up.It applies the programming method to the design of a middle school natatorium ,and finds that this method can effectively control the process of green building design and enable designers to quickly master the green building design points and complete the green building design.
