医疗集团信息化管理及实现架构研究

【摘要】随着不同模式医疗集团的不断兴起，探索一种能够适应于医疗集团模式以及规模变化的信息化架构变得尤其重要。针对目前国内外医疗集团信息化建设现状中存在的不足，提出了分阶段建设医疗集团信息化的思路。这种与医疗集团的发展相结合的信息化架构，在达到医疗集团成员信息共享目的的基础上，保护原有信息化投入，兼顾信息化能力较弱的小医院，适用性及可扩展性强。%Along with the rising of different patterns of medical groups, a kind of informationization framework which could adapt to medical groups with different patterns and different scale becomes especially important. In view of the disadvantages of present medical group informationization condition at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the idea of construction of informationization in three stages. This framework could protect the original investment and at the same time give attention on hospitals with weak informationization ability with high applicability and scalability.
