【摘要】由于优质护理的开展，护理模式的改变，从而调入大量年轻护士从事护理工作，但随着医学的快速发展，对护士的要求不断提高。目前科室的年轻化，首先提高年轻护士整体素质，才能提高科室的整体水平，促进科室发展，更好地服务患者。%Due to the development of high quality nursing, nursing mode change, thus transfer ed to a large number of young nurses in the nursing work, but with the rapid development of medicine, the requirement of increasing the to the nurse. At present department of younger, first of al to improve overal qualities, young nurses to improve the overal level of department, promote the development of the department, bet er serve the patients.
