涡旋压缩机动涡盘组件自动装配专机设计

摘要:针对目前涡旋压缩机动涡盘组件装配自动化水平低二劳动强度大的现状,考虑涡旋压缩机装配线的特点,设计了一种涡旋压缩机动涡盘组件自动装配专机,详细介绍了专机的总体方案及结构布局二机械结构二气动系统和控制系统三装置采用PLC 控制,通过伺服电机驱动的丝杠螺母机构实现工位间精确切换,气动系统实现物料夹取,伺服电动缸模块化的闭环控制系统控制压装过程,传感器监测装配过程相关参数,合理的结构设计保证装配顺利完成三研究分析表明:该装置结构简单二操作方便二自动化水平较高,既可自动装配又可以手动装配,能够满足工程需要三关键词:涡旋压缩机;动涡盘;装配;伺服电动缸中图分类号:TH137.9;TG65 文献标识码:A
Design of the Automatic Assembling Special Machine for Dynamic Vortex
Plate Component of Scroll Compressor

Abstract :For the problem of the current situation of low automation level and high labor intensity of scroll compressor assembly ,as well as considering the characteristics of vortex compressor assembly line ,an au-tomatic assembling special machine for dynamic vortex plate component of scroll compressor was de-signed.The overall scheme and structure configuration were introduced in detail ,as well as mechanical structure ,pneumatic system and control system.PLC was adopted in the device.Accurate switching be-tween workstation was realized through screw nut mechanism driven by Servo motor.Clipping of the work-piece was achieved through pneumatic system.The pressing process was controlled by the modular closed loop control system of servo electric culinder.The related parameters of assembly process were monitored by sensors.The smooth operation of the device was ensured through reasonable structural design.The re-search and analysis show that both automatic assembly and manual assembly could be realized and the spe-cial machine was good enough to meet the engineering need because of simple structure ,convenient opera-tion and higher automation level.

涡旋压缩机是一种新型高效的容积式压缩机,广泛用作新能源汽车空调压缩机[1]三动涡盘组件是涡旋压缩机的重要部件,包括固定在动涡盘的防自转机构二轴承二挡圈等三滚珠防自转机构是常用的一种防自转机构型式,常采用圈销类型[2]三涡旋压缩机动涡盘的装配水平直接影响着涡旋压缩机的整体装配水平三
国内外相关企业二科研院所对涡旋压缩机进行了深入研究,他们在涡旋压缩机设计二制造关键技术二装配及系列产品开发方面取得了突出成果[3-5]三另外我国试制了首条无油涡旋空气压缩机生产线;罗伟对涡
旋压缩机装配线进行了规划平衡改善,并指出自动化装配线是发展方向[6-7]三目前,工程上涡旋压缩机的装配多采用流水线装配,但对圈销结构涡旋压缩机尤其是动涡盘组件的装配却鲜有报告三通过对相关企业调研发现,动涡盘组件装配环节多采用半自动装配,即自动线将工件输送到各工位后各工位工人进行装配三此劳动强度大,人力成本较高,装配质量难以持续保证,而目前缺少针对性的自动装配专机,现有的自动装配机又难以满足该环节自动装配工程需要三
