计分

初试:满分500,权重20%,折合下来500*20%/2=50分

复试:笔试100分,权重40%,折合下来是100*40/2=20分,?口试100分,权重60%,折合下来是100*60/2=30分。因为在计算最后成绩时我们求初试成绩和复试成绩的平均分,所以初试复试的分数都要再除以2。

这样的话?比如?一个?人考了了380分,?一个?人考了了400分,那么他们在最后的总成绩计算中相差是(400-380)*10%/2=1分。?而在复试的笔试中?高了了20分,则是20*40%/2=4分,?口试?高了了20分,则是20*60%/2=6分。所以复试的重要性?一?目了了然,今年年就有?几个400+的同学被刷掉了了。

公平吗?

公平啊。毕竟学校的出发点就是想要选择全?面发展的学?生啊。初试更更多考核的是我们对知识点的熟悉程度,考核我们的基础知识,?而复试考核的是语?言组织能?力力、听说能?力力、沟通表达能?力力、学以致?用的能?力力等。所以在某?方?面技能不不太擅?长的同学,平时真的要多练练,做到?水来?土掩。

不不公平。?老老娘(?老老?子)准备了了多少个初夏秋?月寒冬。好不不容易易初试考了了个不不错的分数,短短15分钟的?面试你就要pass哦。真的很想拿?豆腐块砸?人有?木有。(毕竟拿砖头砸?人中国法律律不不允许的哈哈)

今年年的复试笔试问题?一如既往的细,我笔试考完就觉得考得不不好。Cry判断题好多个不不确定,填空题好多个不不会。填空题犯了了许多?小错误。例例如:

2,还有?一道意思?大概是R esearch can be classified into basic research,解释….,and__________ research,解释……这道题应该填applied,我填了了applicable。中毒太深…….

按照复试笔试的?比重,?一个填空题2分,在总分?里里是2*40%/2=0.4分。别?小看这0.4分,就因为这0.4你可能从第5名排到第10名,第15名排到20名(再次哭晕在厕所)今年年华师复试?比例例好像没有变化,?而?广?大进?入复试的是的?比例例变成1:2.5。全?日制招收42个?人,进?入复试的102个,除去放弃?广?大提前调剂到其他学校的同学,来参加复试的?一共是约97个。也就是说每14个?人的?面试?小组(每年年?小组?人数不不均等),其中约有8个同学会被刷掉,当然有的组刷的多有的少。

除去以上这些,今年年复试逆袭的?人很少,所以初试考?高分还是很重要的,?至少给?老老师个好的印象啊。还有如果真的是初试的分数不不?高,除?非对?自?己的听说特别有?自信的(每个?人肯定对?自?己能?力力有所了了解),建议可以考虑?一下调剂。

复试流程

报到(提交个?人资料料)—>体检—>笔试—>复试

报到安排在4?月6号,4?月7号早上体检,下午笔试,4?月8号?面试。

?一:体检:6号报到时会下发体检表,体检时记得带过去,必须贴上照?片。早上7点20到医院队伍已经排很?长。醉了了。先在?一楼交体检费?用,准备180块钱,不不要像我直接坐电梯到6楼再坐下来囧。体检项?目?大多集中在6楼,只有胸透在2楼。建议找个同伴?一起去体检,排队的时候另外?一个?人先去踩好点。有的?人体检到11点半才能弄弄完,我是10点半的时候搞定的。体检也是有技巧的哈哈,?首先抽?血和?心电图要先体检完,再去体检内科、五官等其他的。值得注意的是,体检不不合格是不不会被录取的哦,这也是为什什么要在笔试?面试前体检的原因。

?二:笔试:笔试真的考很细啊啊啊,所以单单背课本的课后题是不不够的,整本书你都要读熟读透,特别是判断题和?首字?母填空题很靠理理解,我就是在这?里里完蛋的。

今年年的笔试有三点不不同:

2,今年年的笔试有涉及到教学法,有?一道填空题是出?自王蔷教学法的UI,即structural view, situational view and___________view.这道题我就不不会,填了了个contextual哈哈哈。

Tips:

1,今年年的Presentation都是关于教学法的,所以language teacher很多内容挺适?用于演讲的。(往年年话题都很泛)

2,?面试很重要,很重要,很重要。我经常和研友?一起做presentation的是试讲,每天两个话题,practice makes perfect.真的要坚持练习。没开始讲时以为?自?己会将不不够3分钟,会不不会不不知道讲什什么。呃……练了了你就知道,我经常讲到7、8分钟,最后不不得不不cut掉?一些内容。

3,?面试的时候每个?人有5-8分钟的准备时间,在?面试室外的?走廊上,这时候我们要有逻辑地outline出我们要讲的?几个?大点,并试着讲上?一遍。开头和结尾很重要哦,平时练的时候多总结画?龙点睛般的句句式。

4,今年年?面试的?老老师视我?无存在般囧,我感觉?一进去就开始?自助,醉了了。说什什么?面带微笑让你别紧张根本?木有好么。?面?无表情、东张?西望、摇头患难、离开座位等等,遇到这些情况都必须淡定。其实我觉得?老老师是在考验我们的?心理理素质,所以真的要把?老老师当萝?卜哈哈哈。佩服我回答问题的时候别还给?自?己做?心理理建设。还有?女女?老老师问问题的声?音可以再?小点吗囧,真的很需要全神贯注地听。
