我国食品安全预警体系的现状、问题和对策*

【摘要】摘要食品安全预警就是将食品安全风险在萌芽状态时就掌握其动态并进行准确的预警提示，及时采取控制措施，主动预防解决食品安全问题。通过阐述我国食品安全预警体系的现状，分析了还存在的监测预警技术水平不高、监管体制混乱、法制建设不完善、财政投入力度不够等问题，在借鉴欧盟、美国等发达国家食品安全预警系统建立的经验后，对我国食品安全预警体系的建立提出加强食品安全法制建设、加快食品预警技术研究、加强沟通和发布机制等措施，以保障我国食品安全工作。
