It covers 40000 yards and owns 39 pieces exhibits. It stimulates the disaster situation under fire, debris flow and earthquakes. It shows shocking power of anti-disaster reactions by the fire truck and helicopter, based on the science technology.
Aerospace technology hall
It covers 30000 yards and owns 40 pieces exhibits. It shows the beginning of cosmos, Chinese ancient astronomical achievements and regular pattern of stars. It stimulates cosmos discovery actions, updated aerospace technology experiences and stages of human exploring space. Transportation science & technology hall
It covers 13000 yards and owns 19 pieces exhibits. It shows the transportation history, transportation tools, transportation facilities and future transportation by the experiential learning and participating type methods, under the intense background of Chongqing landscape and human environment.
Children scientific park
It covers 18000 yards and owns 39 pieces exhibits. It includes “Busy city” and “Peaceful nature”. “Busy city” has sweet home, caring community, scientific park, dream school and happy factory. “Peaceful nature” has forest, river and country side. 4D theater is combining the 3D movie with physical effects. Some of the effects simulate in 4D movies include rain, wind, strobe lights, and vibration. The use of water sprays and air jets is also common.

It is situated in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers in southwest China.
