询盘处理技巧 辩别询盘与提升回复率 一、买家发送询盘的动机: 大家知道,在商场里的人是不是都是买商品的呢,逛街的人是不是都是买货的呢,显然不是的,同样我们收到的客户询盘,也并不是每个人都是实实在在有订单的客户,这些买家大致分以下几种类型: 1、明确目的型:这类客户是真正有需要的一类,这点可通过他们询问的内容可以看出来,如果问的比较具体,如产品的款式、颜色、功能、包装、认证、特定的参数、交货期、订单数量等,都可看出这类客户是诚意度较高的 2、潜在客户型: A、有些客户有了供应商,想再增加几个供应商,或者与原供应商合作不愉快,想换一个供应商,因此发送询盘寻找合适的供应商. B、有些客户以前从其它市场进口商品,听说中国商品物美价廉,所以发询盘了解商品的价格等情况。 C、有些客户暂时手头没单,但预先了解一下市场情况,以备不时之需。 D、有些在本国是一个大的销售商,需要在中国找一个好的OEM工厂帮他做贴牌生产,因此发询盘了解一下。 E、有些经销商产品做的很杂,看到什么产品赚钱就,因此发询盘收集一些想要的产品。 3、无明确目标型: 有些买家刚入行,也不知中国什么产品好做,因此发询盘广泛收集资料,无非就是要产品价格、图片等。 4、垃圾类型 A、有些客户并不是真正想做生意,只是想得到一两个免费样品 B、有些是借询盘之名,看似要和你做生意,实际上是骗你帮他办理邀请函。 C、有些询盘,把你引到某个网站上登陆,目标是骗你的帐号等.

明白了客户发询盘的目的与意图,你就知道为什么我们回复了客户,但有些客人不回复你的原因了吧。 为什么有些买家联系了几次就没有音了?还有的是客户一直在联系,就是不下单,这到底是什么,这得从客户的客户身份不同说起 我们知道人的身份不同,在谈生意时的关注点不同吧,大老板与小老板做生意的所关注的地方不同,打工的与当老板出发点也不一样,因此买家的身份不同,在处理订单的价格、订单的快慢就不同,主要可分下面几类: 1、零售商(Retailer): 一般订单较小,但下单频率快,要货急,主要关注价格、交货期,当然质量也是需要的。他们一般也不太会关注卖家实力多大,公司研发能力等,觉得你还专业,沟通畅通,靠谱,下单一般很快。目前在网上大多数是这类客户。以前做外贸时,这类客户碰到最多,从收到询盘到收到TT款,一般三五天就下单,最多半个月搞掂。 2、贸易商(Trader): 对价格较敏感,很多在中国某城市有采购办事处,对中国市场相当熟悉,因此他们会找很多供应商,从中挑选有竞争力的卖家,所以有时虽聊了很久,但可能最终没有选择你,也许是你沟通问题,也许是你价格问题,还有可能把你列入了潜在供应商列,他们手上一般都有订单,一般会在沟通半个月到一个月时间,会有订单。 3、OEM 进口商: 对质量要求是较高的,因为你帮他们生产,然后贴他们的牌子在当地销售,当然对质量是严的,一般量大,订单较稳,主要关心你公司的R&D能力,工厂规模、质量标准、产品认证、售后服务等。 以前我们公司就是靠这类进口商做大的,从三十多人的小工厂不到两年时间内扩大到1500人的工厂,70%的订单来自于这个客户。 4、连锁超市(supermarket), 类似于沃尔玛、家乐福等连锁超市,一般量大,周期较长,而且不会在网上给你下单,网上只是先期联系的环节,还要经过筛选环节,面谈考察环节,最后才可能下单,运气好的话也得三个月到半年才能搞掂,作为持久战准备吧。 明白了客户身份,我们就知道,为什么有些客户是"只起风,不下雨"了吧。

低的价格和最好的质量帮助你打开市场。。反正就是说对他们有利的话,一行--两行4然后简要介绍一下客户提到的产品,最小起订量,大概因素,一定要主打的,你们的优势,每个公司又是肯定不一样。如果价格觉得有竞争力,报一个价格,你们的最小起定量(也可以转化成优势的,降低MOQ),大概的运输方式,支付方式,这个根据客户的询盘来考虑报与不报。要是人家实在咱实在,人家玩虚的,咱也玩虚,但要写的很实在,表现出很真诚。大概一个完整的报价方式,一最有竞争力的形式表达。一个内容一行,简单明了。 5设置疑问之一,最关键的地方,最能勾引老外的地方到了。。把最小起定量降低点,价格稍微抬高点。然后就说如果你不介意,请告诉我们的你的数量或者要求,we wil try our bestto give you a discount。尽全力给他打折,前提是你得回复,吊他胃口。 6疑问之二然后推荐产品,一定要有比较,有比较才能够分量,老外要的是普通产品,推荐一下新产品(主要推优势,简单描述)如果你感兴趣,并不介意的话我下一次给你做个报价。他要新的,咱推同类的或者稍微普通的把那些价格降低,这个价格稍微抬高,因为他对新产品不了解,所以报个旧产品或者普通的产品,让他知道优势和市场,然后感觉这个价格也不高,记住旧产品普通产品千万别报高,要不然就勾引不到了。总之要形成对比。形成价格或者性能,质量反差。有的老外很聪明,他想买一种产品,他会让你报另一种产品的价格。这样咱正好给他,他会更有意向,正中圈套。不过价格一定要记清楚了,不能太高,也不能太低,市场好的,价格中等偏上,不好的偏下。。有时候可以用低价吸引,有时候可以用高价吸引(呵呵,没听说过吧,现在有的人的心理就是这样,价格太低,他会嫌你质量不好)具体情况具体分析 疑问之三最好能附上简单的图片或者认证这些(他感兴趣而且比较好的图片,要是没吸引力那就算了,别把人家赶走了)如果你要更多,请在来信中注明,我会给你详细或者什么解释这个具体分析,针对对老外有吸引力的内容设置疑问。。 最后,说下公司给予的一些服务,比如可以OEm啊,可以打你标签啊,可以帮你刷字啊这些。。附属的但又很有必要的,
