第七课《保护心脏》 笔记部分： 1.血液在我们体内不停地流动，心脏和血管的工作就是让血液流动起来。 2.心脏和血管是人体内的“高速公路”网络。心脏由很结实的肌肉组成，它通过有节律的跳动，像水泵一样推动血液在血管里流动。遍布全身的血管就像繁忙的运输线一样，让血液流向人体的各个器官。 3.安静时，成年人的心脏每分钟大约跳75次，每次跳动约有70 毫升的血液送出。心脏 1 分钟内输送的血液量大约在5000 毫升。 4.正常成年人心跳应在60—100 次／分之间（出生婴儿一般120—140 次/分，幼儿每分钟90一100次，学龄前儿童每分钟80一90次）。超过100 次／分称心动过速，慢于60 次／分称心动过缓。一分钟内心脏跳动的次数与脉搏次数是一致的。 5.年龄、性别、体质、运动、情绪等因素都会影响心跳的快慢。 6.经常锻炼（游泳、跑步、打球、跳绳等）、均衡饮食（多吃低脂肪、低胆固醇和少盐的食物）、不吸烟（和不喝烈性酒）等良好习惯。都可以使我们的心脏和血管保持健康。
