实训操作总结及心得: 大四上学期,我们做了pocib的实习。pocib是一个关于国际贸易的实验平台。通过这个软件,我们可以模拟进行国际贸易,填制单据。从而整体掌握国际贸易流程。 实习遇到的问题 1、预算错误 这是个大问题,也是我们开始接触Pocib时所最容易忽略的问题。虽然老师曾多次提醒,做贸易前一定要计算好了一切费用,选好贸易术语。最后在签定合同。但我们都是比较懵懂的,经常就是做出口商的在还没有调查进口商所在地市场的情况下就先去工厂进货了。如果工厂角色也没有做好预算,草草就签订了合同,那么可能出口商和工厂都赚不到钱。 2、货物数量问题 这个问题也是我们从没做过国际贸易的学生所最容易出的问题。因为我们要做的是国际贸易,要加上很多中间费用的。不是国内贸易简单的加上运费成本就行。但大多同学都没意识到这个问题。可笑的是好多同学包括我,在做第一笔贸易时,在没仔细预算的前提下,签订了很少货物数量的合同!这样,在做中间制单过程中,我们经常在填单时大叫“啊,这个运费怎么比我的货物数量还多啊?”“这个保险费怎么这么贵,我要赔钱了!” 3、填单错误量大 这个问题是必然的,我们都在努力着。因为以前没有接触过这个问题,所以我们每个人在开始填单时都很慢。幸好这个实验有帮助,而且帮助很详细,我们开始都是参照这个帮助才能耐心把这个业务做下去。试验后期,我们填单都不用参考帮助了,而且错误量减少,并且速度加快。 4、计算错误 这个计算包括很多内容。例如出口商要在CIF术语下计算海运费,内陆运费,出口报关费,保险费等等费用。进口商也要计算自己的费用。工厂计算税费等,这些费用计算量大,有些费用的计算都是我们大二大三的时候学的,现在早忘了。所以在填单过程经常因为计算错误而导致业务进行不下去。 5、流程跳跃大 这个问题我们一直存在着。因为我们以前所学的知识都是分块的,例如我们要学外贸函电、报关、投资之类,但我们没有系统学过从开始到结束一步一步该做什么,所以在做Pocib的时候我们经常会出现贸易流程跳跃性大的问题。例如我开始做的出口商,我在没有查看市场的时候,也没与进口商签订合同的时候就先去工厂订了一批货。这批货一直跟我跟到试验结束,因为没有进口商愿意买它。 6、沟通问题 因为我们都是个人做的,所以签定合同前一定要沟通好。如果没沟通就一味地写合同然后寄发到对方那里,重新做的几率会很大。这个问题通常发生在开始做合同的时候。我们都很安静。到实验后期,我们沟通得多了,所以整个实验机房会很“乱”。 7、邮件问题 做完了几笔交易,我一查看我的“系统提示”,上面写着:写的邮件太少,邮件内容过简单。这都是我们所没注意的问题。因为这个问题也会降低我们的分数。我在这次实验中,没有好好的发几个正规的邮件。而且内容真的很简单。这也是我们该反思的问题。如果不是实验而是真的贸易,正因为我们少发几个邮件,可能会对对方或自己造成很大的损失的。所以以后进入工作以后,一定要注意这个问题。 实习效果: 我认为本次实习时间虽不太长,但是我们对国际贸易的了解程度已经更近了一步,对业务流程目前已经有了初步的掌握,基本实现了如下基本目标:对两年来所学的国际贸易知识,在实习中得到了运用。为未来的实际业务的开展打下了坚实的基础,对各种贸易术语有了更进一步的掌握,能够灵活使用价格术语和结算方式。在单据填写方面,能够比较流利的填写各种单据,并能够掌握其中的要点。能够掌握进口商、出口商和供应商的基本业务流程。能够熟练地使用电子邮件进行业务磋商,建立业
