水磨小学三年级下册英语学业水平评价方案
一、评价对象：小学三年级学生
二、评价目的
小学英语教学评价的主要目的是激励学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性，使学生在英语课程的学习过程中不断体验进步与成功，认识自我，建立自信，促进学生综合语言运用能力的全面发展。
三、评价原则：

（四）发展性原则
（五）形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的原则
四、评价的内容及操作
学期总评成绩＝课堂表现（5%）﹢平时书面作业（5%）+口语测试（30%）﹢结果性评价（60%）具体评价细则如下：

（二）平时书面作业及课堂表现（10%）
小学英语课堂教学质量全面评价量表
（三）结果性评价（60%）
1、内容：中心校提供英语试卷，其中听力测试20%，笔试部分40%.
2、评价办法：闭卷、纸笔测试。
3、标准
期末水平测试卷面考核（含其中听力测试20%，笔试部分40%.）时间：40分钟满分：100分，以（60%）计入总评成绩。
4、测试时间：待定（期末）
三年级下册口试题目
口试30分的考试内容如下：
a.Listen and write（共10分）
(1)听听写写(5分)
师读生默写以下单词：bag leg milk orange duck
（2）听听做做（5分）
师任选课本28页，39页的Let’s do，师读生做出相应的动作。
b.Talk（10分）
师问生答，考核内容如下：
Where are you from?
Who’s that man/woman/girl/boy?
Is she your mother?/Is he your father?(分别给出肯定和否定回答)
Where is the ruler?/Is it in the desk?/Is it under the book?
Do you like pears/bananas…?
How many crayons /birds/balloons…do you have?
How many kites /cars…do you see?
师从以上句子中随机抽取五个问题，让每个学生回答。
c.Read（10分）
(1)生自主从六个单元中选择Let’s talk 中的一篇文章，有感情地朗读。(5分)
(2)生小组合作，分角色对话课本66页的Recycle 2.（5分）
