肿瘤多药耐药相关机制及逆转策略的研究进展

【摘要】在肿瘤的综合治疗中，化疗发挥着关键或不可替代的作用。但随着化疗药物的使用，多种肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生耐药、导致治疗失败。探讨肿瘤细胞产生耐药的机制并加以有效逆转，已成为肿瘤研究领域亟待解决的问题。本文对肿瘤耐药产生的相关机制和逆转剂研究进展进行了综述。%In the combined therapy of tumors, chemotherapy plays a critical or irreplaceable role. But with the use of chemotherapy drugs ,most of tumor cells produce chemotherapeutic drug resistance, leading to the failure of treatment. To investigate the mechanism of drug resistance of tumor cells and to be effectivly reversed field of cancer research has become an urgent problem. Progress mechanisms and tumor resistance reversal agents produced this paper were reviewed.
