内容简介:

信息的传输与处理是现代信息技术的重要组成部分。无线电通信、广播、电视、雷达、导航等就是应用无线电技术来对特定的信息进行传输处理。在这些领域一个共同的特点是都利用高频(射频)无线电波来传递信息,尽管它们在传递信息形式、工作方式及设备体制等方面有很大不同,但设备中产生和接收、检测与处理高频信号的基本电路-高频电子电路大都是相同的。

本课程作为上述几个领域的专业基础课,主要介绍典型的无线通信系统的构成以及无线电信号传输原理、高频设备中的高频电子线路的组成、原理和分析。本课程包括:选频网络、高频小信号放大器、高频功率放大器、正弦波振荡器、振幅调制与解调、角度调制与解调等内容。本课程主要介绍基本概念、基本原理和基本分析方法,同时反映本学科国内外的先进科学技术水平,贯彻理论联系实际的原则,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

一、课程性质、目的和任务

高频电子电路课程是电子信息科学与技术、电子信息工程、通信等专业学生的一门重要的专业基础课,是一门实践性很强的课程。它的任务是使学生掌握功率放大、正弦振荡、频谱线性搬移及非线性搬移的各单元电路的基本构成、基本特点、基本工作原理、基本分析方法以及基本工程估算

方法。根据学生的认知规律,培养学生掌握科学的思维方法,使之初步具备独立分析电路的能力以及解决实际问题的能力,能适应新器件和新技术发展的要求,为学习后续专业课程奠定基础。

二、课堂教学内容及要求

第一章绪论

本章主要介绍无线电通信发展简史,要求掌握无线电通信系统的基本构成、类型,信号、频谱与调制等概念。

第二章高频电路基础

重点掌握高频电路的⑴无源元件:电阻器,电容器,电感器;⑵有源器件:二极管、晶体管与场效应管、集成电路;⑶简单振荡回路(串联谐振回路与并联谐振回路的谐振角频率、谐振特性、品质因数、回路的带宽);⑷抽头并联振荡回路(抽头系数的定义、几种常见的抽头振荡回路、电感抽头、电容抽头时阻抗、电压源和电流源的变比关系);⑸耦合振荡回路;⑹石英晶体谐振器:物理特性、等效电路及阻抗特性;⑺串、并联阻抗等效互换。

第三章高频谐振放大器

主要掌握⑴高频小信号放大器:工作原理、放大器的性能分析、性能参数、稳定性分析、多级谐振放大器(多级单谐振放大器、多级双调谐放大器);⑵高频功率放大器的工作原理:电路构成、电流波形、电压波形、高频功放的能量关系;⑶高频功率放大器的工作状态:高频功放的动特性、工作状态(过压、欠压、临界);⑷高频功率放大器的外部特性:高频功率放大器的负载特性、高频功率放大器的振幅特性、高频功率放大器的调制特性、高频功率放大器的调谐特性。

第四章正弦波振荡器

主要掌握⑴反馈振荡器的原理:平衡条件、起振条件、稳定条件;⑵LC振荡器的组成原则;⑶电容反馈振荡器;⑷电感反馈振荡器;⑸两种改进型的电容反馈振荡器:克拉泼振荡器、西勒振荡器;⑹压控振荡器;⑺频率稳定度(选学):定义、稳频原理、稳频措施;⑻石英晶体振荡器。

第五章频谱的线性搬移电路

掌握⑴非线性电路的分析方法:非线性函数的技术展开分析法、线性时变电路的分析法;⑵二

极管电路中的单二极管电路、二极管平衡电路、二极管环形电路;⑶差分对电路:单差分对电路、双差分对电路;⑷其它频谱线性搬移电路(选学):晶体三极管频谱线性搬移电路、场效应管频谱线性搬移电路。

第六章振幅调制、解调及混频

重点掌握⑴振幅调制信号的时域及频域分析、调幅波的功率;⑵双边带、单边带信号的表达式即波形图;⑶振幅调制电路:AM调制电路(高电平调制:集电极调幅电路、基极调幅电路;低电平调制:二极管电路、二极管平衡电路),DSB调制电路(二极管调制电路);,SSB调制电路;⑷调幅信号的解调的方法;⑸二极管峰值包络检波器:电路及工作原理、性能分析、检波器的失真(惰性失真、地步切削失真);⑹同步检波:乘积型同步检波器的原理、叠加型同步检波器的原理;⑺混频的概述:功能、工作原理、主要性能指标,混频电路(选学);⑻混频器的干扰(了解)。

第七章频率调制与解调

重点掌握⑴调频信号的分析:调频信号的参数与波形,调频波的频谱、信号带宽、功率,调频波与调相波的比较;⑵调频器和调频方法:直接调频法、间接调频法、扩大调频器线性频偏的方法;

⑶调频电路:直接调频电路(变容二极管直接调频电路)、间接调频电路;⑷鉴频器与鉴频方法:振幅鉴频法(直接时域微分法、斜率鉴频法)、相位鉴频法(乘积型相位鉴频法、叠加型相位鉴频法)、直接脉冲记数式鉴频法;⑸鉴频电路:叠加型相位鉴频电路(互感耦合相位鉴频器、电容耦合相位鉴频器)。

第八章反馈控制电路(选学)

了解自动增益控制原理、锁相环路的原理及分析。

每章配备3-5个习题,应包括概念题、基本运算题和综合分析题。

自学要求:

自学首先应以基本理论为基础,对各部分内容掌握程度的要求由低到高分为四个层次:了解、知道;理解、清楚;掌握、会用;熟练掌握。要求同学在自学课程的基础上,通过课堂教学、实验

训练和课后作业,了解和掌握高频电子线路的基本概念、基本理论和获得高频电子电路的分析设计方法、制作调试等能力。具体要求如下:

第一章:预先了解无线电通信的发展简史,建立典型无线通信系统的构成,作为学习该课程以后各章的基础。

第二章:作为以后各章节的理论分析基础,要求每个同学课下完成对信号傅里叶分析的复习任务,以方便后面的具体学习;针对选频网络,要围绕串并联回路的谐振特性展开必要的预习,

做好课前准备。

第三章:首先了解高频小信号放大器常用质量指标,回顾晶体管低频小信号等效电路并对比高频小信号等效电路的异同,以单调谐回路谐振放大器为核心内容进行必要的课前学习,更好的

理解课堂上对高频小信号放大器的电路分析。掌握高频功率放大器高效率,大功率输出的

基本工作原理,工作状态的分析以及功率效率的计算,熟悉高频功率放大器的高频特性和

馈电原则,初步掌握传输线变压器的工作原理。

第四章:理解并掌握反馈振荡器的工作原理、平衡条件和起振条件。掌握由相位平衡条件判定的三点式振荡器组成原则,并熟悉几种常见的LC振荡器电路。

第五章:回顾高等数学中的泰勒级数展开。

第六章:熟知调制、解调的相关重要概念,熟知幅度调制(解调)的常用电路,熟练掌握相关基本数学计算。

第七章:熟知调制、解调的相关重要概念,熟知角度调制(解调)的常用电路,熟练掌握相关基本数学计算。

四、课堂教学基本要求

课堂教学:本课程以课堂讲授为主,总授课课时为48。

作业:每章留有3—5道习题,作为作业。

成绩考核:本课程考试形式采取笔试方式,按照教学大纲要求,考察学生的基本知识、基本计算能力及分析问题解决问题的能力;以掌握教学要求的基本内容为主。并参考平时成绩(作业、到课率、上课提问等)。
