音箱说明书

随着工业设计的不断发展，产品造型越来越多样化，时尚化，拥有各种新奇造型的产品不断出现在生活中，丰富着人们的生活。人们也更加注重产品的外形，追求个性化，期待有更多吸引眼球的设计，但无论设计有多么的富于多变，都没有办法舍弃简约的造型风格。于是我就进行构思并设计了这个“简约音箱模型”。

1.市场调研
现在市场中迷你音箱的造型分类很多。迷你音箱，又称移动音箱，便携音箱，数码音箱，笔记本音箱等。迷你音箱有两种分类：一是采用数码功放的音箱，采用数字信号；二是主要配备在MP3，CD，MP3，手机，笔记本电脑等数码通讯产品的音箱。所以现在迷你音箱在电子消费市场的发展前景潜力很大，但是要建立在有美观的外形和新颖的创意上。随着科技的发展和消费观念的转变，现在很多电子产品都往小型方面发展。电脑向小型化发展出现了笔记本电脑，掌上电脑，随身听向小型化发展出现了mp3，电话向小型化发展出现了手机等等。从人们的应用环境上来说，人们还是更愿意接受小型化，轻便化的产品，迷你音箱将会越来越受消费者的青睐。
传统音箱产品已经变得越来越不受关注，小型的，时尚的，漂亮的，功能强大的音箱产品成为年轻人关注的焦点。音箱产品也就呈现出一种迷你化，个性化，机动便携化的趋势。众多音箱厂家面向消费者推出不同种类的音箱。惠威S3W迷你小音箱比较适合笔记本用户使用，便于携带，相对于便携的音箱来说声音表现非常不错。奋达V630便携小音箱采用2.0声道构造，左右音箱采用的是分体式设计，更加完整的传送声音，挺高了声音的分离度。Snoy Ericsson MBS100便携蓝牙音箱，提供与手机三种连接方式：1.蓝牙连接2.常见的3.5毫米接口连接3.将前两项混合在一起进行连接。Audio Pro Proto iPod便携音箱外形别致，皮质的把手和张扬的单元体现特有的复古风格。漫步者M3 Plus 充分利用了笔记本屏幕后的空间，采用了cannon结构，能以较小的结构获得较好的低音。
设计音箱重点还是在于美观的外形和其吸引人的性能，迷你音箱基本性能：抗干扰、音质好，小体积却可以实现相对更大的
┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊功率，新型的迷你音箱要有其他的附加功能，例如：可以在音箱上附带笔筒、花瓶、便携的手提带以及一些漂亮的小挂饰等等，这些都是可实现的，不但容易实现，造价也不高。
2.方案的拟出
通过市场调研，对迷你音箱的设计共拟出以下两套方案。
方案一：设计灵感来源于上世纪的黑白电视机，造型简单中带着浓厚的复古怀旧气息。整体形状为长方体，包括液晶显示屏，旋钮，扬声器等结构，其中扬声器在两侧放音，液晶屏显示音乐节奏的变化。（设计效果图如图1）
方案二：设计灵感来源于电话的听筒，造型别致，整体曲面设计较多，听筒和话筒两处设计为音箱的扬声器。（设计效果图如图2）
经过对比比分析以上两个方案，考虑到成型工艺制作的成功性，方案二与方案一相比难以实际动手制作，而且方案一的设计较为简洁，时尚，故最终采取方案一进行模型制作。
三.模型制作
1.工具
刨床，铣床，线锯，手锯，虎钳，勾刀，组锉，弯尺，钢尺，砂轮，三氧甲烷，502胶，手动喷漆罐（多种颜色）。
2.材料
400*250mm,厚3mm，ABS塑料板。
3.制作过程
尺寸的确定
长方体部分：长120mm,宽35mm,高90mm(留出3mm余量)；

扬声器部分：16*70mm(留出2mm余量)；
旋钮部分：直径为20mm(留出2mm余量)
下料
根据下料图设计尺寸，在ABS上塑料板进行准确下料，下料过程中要注意尽量减少边角料的浪费，根据尺寸合理安排下料顺序，避免浪费材料。（下料图如图3）其中液晶屏和扬声器用卡纸制作，旋钮应用较厚的泡沫板制作，因为用ABS板制作比较费力且效果不一定达到理想的效果。
粘接
外壳的六块塑料板用502胶粘接，另外的液晶屏下沉部分用厚泡沫板粘接出大约8mm高度，再与正面的ABS板粘接，粘接过程中注意边缘处要对接好，502胶不能用太多，否则容易造成塑料板面脏且影响粘接效果，先涂胶水，将要粘接的两部分对接好，用手把住两部分的时间要长一些，保证粘接牢固。液晶屏及扬声器的粘接之前注意在卡纸上画出设计好的图案，然后再用胶带粘接好，因在此处502胶不如胶带的粘接效果好。粘接过程中要应用大量的加强筋，加强筋采用后的泡沫板制作，制作加强筋时要注意相邻的两个面保持垂直，因为只有加强筋做好了才能保证外壳粘接牢固，所以加强筋的制作很重要。
打磨
音箱模型外壳粘接好以后，用砂纸及组锉进行打磨。先用锉刀打磨毛刺较多或不平整的地方，打磨好后用砂纸进行细磨，打磨棱边处时，注意要打磨出圆角效果，打磨表面时，注意用力均匀，这样才能使表面呈现出磨砂效果，既磨去了原来表面的划痕，又

喷漆
选择亮银色喷涂旋钮。喷漆之前准备好一块物体垫在要进行喷漆喷漆的物体下面，喷漆时时注意上表面及侧面的漆要喷涂均匀，不可一次在表面喷太多，防止漆流淌。喷好后，要自然晾干一段时间，使漆膜完全干燥。
后期处理
将旋钮粘到预定的位置上，注意粘接时的位置，做到正确不偏离中心位置。用马克笔标出音箱外壳上的相关功能标识，使模型看上去更加仿真。

通过本次课程设计，我对“材料成型与模型制作”有了更加深入的理解，并且对所学知识进行了一次综合练习，了解到模型制作的一般常识。充分体会不仅要掌握到理论知识，更要在实际中了解实际操作，工艺流程，只有这样才能使自己真正学会更多知识。在模型制作的过程中，遇到了许多操作问题，但通过与老师，同学的交流，最后都成功的解决了问题，在技术上感觉自己的动手能力有些弱，以后需要逐渐培养实际操作能力。最令我感受最深刻的是，一件产品的设计与制作是非常复杂的，需要好的方案，没有好的方案，生产出的产品也不可能够占有市场，受到消费者的青睐；没有正确的色彩搭配，就不会有好的视觉效果，即使造型优美也不能够吸引目光；好的制作工艺也是非常重要的，如果制作粗糙，就会降低产品的品质，使人感觉没有没有质量保证。所以，以后不论做什么产品的设计都要认真做好每一个环节。

Medisk usage 1.New Disk Initial PIN is 112233. 2.Press Key button(both red&green LED blink),PIN input Press key(green LED blink) to confirm disk unlocked,plug into PC and start to use.Once pull out from PC,MeDisk locks automatically. 3.Set PIN:After unlock by default PIN,press the key button for 3 seconds(both red&gree LED illuminate),enter a new PIN Press Key(red&greee blink in unison),re-enter the PIN Press key(green LED inlluminate),the new PIN is accepted and successful. Change PIN same as set PIN. Indicators Special Features 1.If no attaching to Pc within 30seconds,disk will be re-locked. 2.When PC in sleep mode,disk also in sleep mode.All indicators will be off. 3.After 10 consecutive incorrect PIN attemps,disk is reset and data will be erased.Now press key for 3 seconds,reset PIN and plug into PC will require reformatting. 4.Reset:press “9 “and hold the key simultaneously for 3 seconds.Enter 110 and then press key.Disk will be reset,return to default state,but PIN has been erased.For reuse disk,pls set a new PIN and reformat disk.
