disclosure：告白书—交易之前，卖方必须让买方知道有关房屋的所有存在或曾经存在过的问题。否则很容易引起法律官司。
how to hold title：（决定）产权的持有方式（有以下四种：）
1）joint tenancy：联合持有财产权（可为任何人数，也是美国夫妻之间最常用的一种持有方式）
2）tenancy in common：共同持有财产权（可为任何人数）
