And I graduate f rom xinanjiaotong univ ersity, my major is v ehicle engineering, and I hav e receiv ed my bachelor degree, In the after my univ ersity time, ,I spend so much of my time on study ing hardly ,that I hav e make good results, I hav e acquired enough basic knowledge both in theory and in practice.

Nowaday s, more and more countries dev eloping them economic and they f ocus on transportation, I thinking our major was a promising major. Our country is a dev eloping county, so the auto industry will hav e many undergraduates that study ing v ehicle engineering.

Looking at y our requirement, I feeling I f it the job v ery much. I must do well to our company get large benef it.

2. What’s your attitude toward stress?

Stress is an unav oidable consequence of study and lif e. As is known to all, stress is a natural part of ev ery day lif e and there is no way to av oid it. As the pace of modern lif e continues to increase, we are always f eeling our no time. And we alway s ev ery one around us is aggressiv e. Theref ore, whatev er one does, we f eels under stress all the time.

We should how to f ace the stress, Diff erent people, howev er, think of stress quite differently. I believ e that stress is not the bad thing to our and it is often supposed to be. In my opinion .The stress is a certain amount of stress is vital to prov ide motiv ation and to giv e purpose to lif e. We should hav e some stress, thus, we can study to planned; and we always keep some stress that is good f or ov ercame the challenge of our f acing.

Though to some people it might bring some puzzle and ev en bring some illness, I think it is impossible to av oid stress when one is desorbed in the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor perf ormance and ill health, so we should keep some stress in our study and lif e now and then.

3. How to balance economic development and environment protection?

Nowaday s, many countries are dev elopment booming on economic, but to a lot of countries it is a serious problem that the economic dev elopment giv ing they bring a v ery serious problems------the env ironment disruption.

So it is a concerned question that How to balance economic dev elopment and env ironment protection. Many people believ e that a lot of countries economic dev elopment is based on sacrif ice env ironment; I think it was a silly mind, it will bring a lot problems, f or example the industrial dev elopment cause land resources are shrinking, deserts are spreading because of ov er grazing and tree cutting, appears so, we should dev eloping economic, but at the same time, we must don’t destroy our env ironment.

In my opinion, the next is some ways; f irst we should apply to some science methods dev elopment industry and we can decrease use of f ossil f uel, secondly, Unite many countries in the world to protect the env ironment and superv ision together. Finally, the dev eloped countries should help to the dev eloping countries, such as; they can prov ide some Science and technology to them. Thus, I believ e economic dev elopment and env ironment protection balanced.

4. How to plan your future career?

As f or a college student, I think, it is necessary that plan our f uture career, the plan is v ery important to guidance our direction. Particular to plan our f uture career,

I’m so plan my f uture career; Firstly, I will design clearly my career plan. Because once identify ing I want, I will own limitless

energy to achiev e my career goal. Secondly, now, we should Study ing hard, because, it is the key to career planning, Understanding what y ou are like ,what y ou value ,and what y ou want to become is the f oundation f or all the career planning. Finally, we will examine my strengths and weakness, thus, I can plan a goal proper.

Plan a proper is good f or our success, ev en it was determined our f uture.

5. What’s your suggestion about solving traffic jams in cities?

It is the headache of issue f or most of cities are f acing now - the traffic jams. What’s more, the traffic jams cause inconv enience f or many road workers. And the implication of such traff ic jam would bring a big trouble if we don't make measures to prev ent it. It will waste to much times for many workers, ev en the delay in transportation f or all trades and the businesses would be aff ected badly. So, to reduce the traff ic jam is a must, and the f ollowing points are suggestions how to reduce the traff ic jams:

1. T o encourage the general public to take public transports instead of driv ing to town;

2. T o set up toll zone f or cities some areas;

3. T o build more highway f or heavy traff ic zones;

4. T o limit the number of v ehicles f rom entering the cities;

5.; T o let more traff ic polices on the zones that easily cause traff ic jams to guiding.

6. T o dev elop in schools, organization and so on; v ia the mass media about the pollution caused by the traffic, and the cost and times wasted should be implanted in ev ery one mind.

With these, the problems of traffic jam should be solv ed.
