LBP液基细胞学检查用于宫颈癌的筛查效果

【摘要】目的:探讨LBP液基细胞学检查应用于宫颈癌的筛查效果,并指出及时发现、及时治疗宫颈癌前病变的重要性.方法:对2007年10月～2009年12月进行妇检发现有宫颈炎的患者及主动提出做筛查的患者共652例进行LBP液基细胞学检查.结果:液基细胞学检查≥LSIL为44例,占检查人数的6.75%;HPV阳性8例,阳性率为1.22%,经过规范治疗,5例转阴,治疗有效率为62.5%,另3例患者失访.结论:通过LBP液基细胞学检查进行子宫颈癌筛查对于减少或预防子宫颈癌具有重要意义.%Objective: To analyze the effects of applying LBP fluid based cytology during the screening and to point out the importance of early discovering and curing of the disease. Methods: Tests of LBP fluid based cytology were conducted to the 652 cases of patients with cervicitis from October 2007 to December 2009. Results: The number of cases whose fluid based cytology ≥ LSIL amounts to 44, accounted for 6.75％ of the total number. The number of HPV positive cases was 8 and the positive rate was 1.22％. After normal treatment, 5 cases tumed to negative with a curative rate of 62.5％. and another 3 cases were lost to follow up. Conclusion: It is crucial for reducing or preventing the outbreak of cervical carcinoma to conduct regular screening of cervical carcinoma by LBP fluid based cytology.
