关于顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄四中心校开展中学生英语口语比赛的 通知 顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄中心校： 为全面贯彻落实《义务教育英语课程标准》，深化联片英语教学改革，进一步加强义务教育阶段学生英语听说能力教学，不断提高英语教学水平。为此，我校专门制定了落实方案，根据落实方案的活动计划，为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生英语语感，充分调动学生学习英语的积极性，并给学生提供展示英语才能的舞台，特举行四校中学生英语口语比赛。 一、活动时间：2018年1月5日 二、比赛对象：顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄四校七、八、九年级学生，每年级限报2组（团体、个人都可）。 三、活动地点、内容 四、比赛形式及程序： 1、按年级抽签决定出场顺序。 2、比赛内容：题目自拟，可以为书本对话、课文，也可为课外读物。 3、比赛形式：情景对话、课文背诵、英语演讲都可，要求脱稿，时间在3--5分钟。 4、选手进入赛场后，按抽签顺序依次进行比赛。评委老师利用打分表进行打分，最后交统计老师进行成绩统计。
五、评分标准及评委组成 （一）评分标准（各项根据实际情况酌情打分）： 按演讲内容、语言表达、流利程度、演讲技巧、仪表形象、时间把握、综合印象等七部分进行评分，满分为100分。 演讲内容：15分。充实生动、积极向上 语言表达：20分。语言规范，口齿清楚。发音标准，语调自然 流利程度：15分。脱稿演讲，口语自然流畅 演讲技巧：20分。表达生动，体态语言和表演技巧运用贴切 仪表形象：10分。衣着整洁得体，仪表大方 时间把握：10分。时间把握准确到位，时间控制在3--5分钟 综合印象：10分。由评委根据演讲选手的临场表现作出整体评价 （二）评委组成：每校抽调两名英语教师作为评委，依据评分标准参与评分，本校教师对本校学生的表演不参加评分。 六、评奖办法： 根据成绩按年级评出一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖5名。 七、安全保障：各校除抽调两名英语教师作为评委以外，需再抽调两名带队人员，以保证学生安全。 八、其他未尽事宜，另行通知。 界首市顾集中心校 2017年12月14日

桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案 （讨论稿） 英语作为国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具，具有工具性和人文性双重性质。小学英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们对英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步用英语进行简单的日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。根据教育部《义务教育英语课程标准》，为全面提高我县小学英语教学质量，全面评价学生学习英语情况，结合我县教学现状，制定桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案。 一、测试目的 1. 了解、检查小学各年级学生英语学习状况，着重考查学生口语表达及实际运用所学语言的能力。 2. 了解教师在使用教材，贯彻落实英语课程标准等方面的情况。 3. 优化评价方式。促进学生个性化、多元化的发展。 二、事项说明 1. 测试时间：每学年第二学期5月。三个模块同时进行，每位学生平均用时大约2～3分钟。每所学校检测用时约1.5小时。 2. 被测学校：同类学校（或四类学校选同类学校抽测）。 3. 测试地点：被测学校（候测室与检测室）。 4. 被测学生：三～六年级随机抽测一个年段。随机抽取被测班级，从被测班级中随机抽取30名学生。（或按学校学生数，等距抽取。） 5. 测试员（教师）：全县安排13个监考组，每组3名监考教师，其中1名为组长，每组一天完成三所学校监考工作。监考教师由教研室组织人员并进行培训。 6. 测试内容：三个模块，包括自主展示、即时朗读、综合运用。 三、测试流程 （一）测试准备 1. 被测学校：准备两间教室（工作室），一间为测试室，一间为候测试。 2. 被测学生：测试前，测试教师组长随机抽取被测年段一个班，然后再从被测班级中抽取30名学生，男女生比例相等。年级人数少于30人的按实际人数。测试开始5分钟前，每组10人带本学期课本在候测试等候。 3. 测试教师：测试教师分工，每位教师负责检测一个模块并当场打分。 （二）测试过程 测试开始，一名学生在候测试（测试教师1处）完成第一模块自主展示模块后，进入测试室从测试老师手中抽取即时朗读题目完成第二模块，最后至第三位老师处抽取第三模块综合运用题目并完成测试。所有考生依此进行。

XXX杯全国少年儿童英语风采展示活动 XX选拔赛评分细则（评委专用材料） 一、比赛形式 比赛形式分为英语口语和英语才艺两类。比赛内容为自我介绍、自选节目加题库抽题问答，集体项目只选派一名选手代表参加口语能力测试。 1.英语口语 （1）自选节目：内容由选手自定，成绩占总成绩的70%。 （2）口语能力测试：自我介绍、抽题问答，成绩占总成绩的30%。 第一部分自选题节目（选手自我介绍自选口语叙述，题材不限）第二部分是抽提问答（选手在现场抽取题目序号，评委根据选手抽取的相应题目提问，选手来作答） 注：学前组、小学A组比赛时间规定为5分钟。小学B组、初中组比赛时间规定为5.5分钟，高中组比赛时间规定为6分钟。 2.英语才艺 （1）自选节目：内容由选手自定，成绩占总成绩的70%，其中英语和艺术分数分配比例为7:3。 （2）口语能力测试：自我介绍、抽提问答，成绩占总成绩的30% 第一部分自选节目（英文歌曲演唱、课本剧、小品、电影配音等）第二部分是抽提问答（选手在现场抽取题目序号，评委根据选手抽取的相应题目提问，选手来作答） 注：学前组、小学A组比赛时间规定为7分钟。小学B组、初中组比赛时间规定为7.5分钟，高中组比赛时间规定为8分钟。
二、评分标准 评分采用百分制，最高分为99分，最低分为70分，其中自选题占70%、抽题问答占30%。 三、分数的划分标准 70分~79分—差，80分~85分—普通，86分~90分—良， 91分~95分—优，96分~99分—佳。 四、组别设置的说明 本次比赛共分学前组、小学A组、小学B组、初中组、高中组等五个不同组别。学前组指5-6岁学前儿童；小学A组（简称小A）指1-3年级小学生；小学B组（简称小B）指4-6年级小学生，初中组指1—3年级初中生；高中组指1-3年级高中生。评委可结合每个组别课程设置和学习程度，衡量选手的表现为选手打分。 五、现场评分流程 每个评委各持有两份表格，一份是评分表，一份是记分表，每名选手上场后评委需先将选手序号填写在评分表选手序号栏，选手比赛结束后评委将自己的评分填写在评分表得分栏，并在签名栏签上姓名，再将该选手的评分表交给记分员来统计最后得分。然后将选手分数填写在记分表该选手对应的得分栏内。 六、评分规则 1、双人项目和集体项目只需其中一人抽题参与口语测试。 2、每个组别的前五名选手评委不立即打分，在前五名选手比完后一 起打分。再将五名选手的评分表交给记分员统计，在第六名选手表演结束
