促销类员工手册范本

聘用

每位促销员必须在各商场规定时间内持《供货商驻店促销人员工作协议书》、所在公司介绍信及已交纳管理费用凭证、携带本人身份证、健康证等原件，到人事部填写《促销人员登记表》，经商场人事经理主管、楼层、楼层经理面试合格后，由人事部负责发放相关物品。

所有促销人员进店前，必须参加由人事部组织的关于本部门注意事项的培训。以上两项培训考试面绩均合格者才能正式上岗，不合格者商场将酌情给予一次补考机会，再次不合格者取消其促销资格，并由供应商及时更换新人。

如异地供货商有特殊要求需当地商场代为招聘、面试，则须填写一份委找托书，商场应尽力给予配合。

工作时间与考勤制度

*工作时间

促销人员的工作时间必须以所在商场部门经理的排班表为准，严格执行上下班打卡制度。

*工作内容

促销员除完成其本职促销任务以外，还必须完成其所属部门主管相关管理者安排的一切工作任务。

*考勤制度任何促销员在上班前应先换上工作服，然后在考勤机上打卡，下班时应先打卡后换工作服。

严令禁止代替他人打卡或要求他人代为打卡。

促销员有迟到、早退、脱岗或旷工等情况时，商场将会把所有信息反馈给促销员所在公司并分别按下列规定处理：

迟到

上班迟到二小时以上者，按旷工半日论。

上班迟到者应报告上级负责人，并讲述迟到的原因。

遇有恶劣天气或其他不可控制因素而影响正常出勤时，按公司统一规定执行。

早退下班时间前五分钟至十五分钟以内提前下班者，视为早退。

下班时间前十五分钟以前下班者，均以旷工半日论。

迟到或早退累计三次者，将受到一次书面警告。

脱岗

未经部门经理批准的情况下，无故脱岗者被罚以50元整次。

旷工

未经请假或假满未续假而擅离岗位的促销员均以旷工论。

换班

捉销员在没提到部门经理批准的情况下，不提擅自换班。如需换班填写换班申请单。否则，一律按旷工处理。

另外

没有上级主管的批准，促销员不可擅离职守。如需在工作时间外出，促销员须填写出门申请单，经上级主管、经理或商场签字并经人事部批准后，打卡离开公司，返回公司也须打卡。

当卖方履行完合同中之装运及交货后，买方应一次性将卖方交纳的履约保证金30,000美元无息退还给卖方。

三、付款与单据 Pament and Bill of Doument

付款方式：

卖方签署的商业发票一正三副。

33全套全本清洁的已装船的提单空白处标明运费已付，并于卸货港通知开证申请人。

由俄罗斯海关商检出具的装船取样分析证书，正本一份及副本二份。

四、检验 Inspetion

检验：

重量由水尺检验方法测定，而重量及质量检验标准由俄罗斯的商检机构抽取样本进行检验，并出具检验报告为首要标准。相关的证书

将作为最终结算依据之文件。

五、装卸Shipping and Disharging

装运卖方将于收到买方所开列信用证的30天以内完成装运。

The Seller ill effet the shipment ithin 30 das after reeipt of Buer s Letter of Credit.

装货装率以8,000吨天为准。装货时间从船舶靠港后起算。

The Loading shall be on basis of 8,000 MTda from the time the ship park the loading port.

货物完成装船后的2天内，卖方应告知买方合同号码，货物名称，发票金额，船名及装船时间。

六、验收标准：

The Standard for heking and aeptane:

atual Total Moisture is higher than 2

0%, then the Buer an refuse to aept the steam oal; then the atual eight of the Coal shall be adjusted b the folloing formula 若高位发热量less than 5450 kal, the unit prie should be deduted USD$0.60 for ever 100 kal redution. In ase of Gross Calorifi Value more than 5450 kal, the unit prie should be inreased USD$0.50 for ever 100 kal up to 6000 kal.

当高位发热量belo 5400 kalkg, unit prie shall be redued b USD$

1.20 per metri ton for ever derease of 100 kalkg.

7. 有下列任一情况，买方有权拒收货物

In ase of an of the follo ondition, the Buer has right to refuse the goods:

含硫量大于等于

挥发分：

低于38%或高于47% Volatile Matter 38% OR 47%

八、价格调整 Prie adjustment

双方同意如果实际装运的货物与合同的第一条规定的质量有差别，则价格将有所调整。

如遇买卖双方不可控制和不预见的因素作调整。这些调整因素包括全世界的燃料上涨，俄罗斯政府增加的税收等，所有调整的价格皆需买卖双方同意。

The prie stated is subjet to unforeseen prie raise that are beond the ontrol of the supplier. This ma inlude fuel inreases orldide, b Russia government, additional fees suh as inreases in taxes and duties. All adjusted are to be mutuall agreed b both parties.

九、人力不可抗拒因素 Fore Majeure

由于一般公认的人力不可抗拒原因而不能交货或推迟装运，卖方不负责任。卖方必须在事故发生时立即电告买方并在事故发生后20天内航空邮寄给买方灾害发生地点之有关政府或商会所发给的证件证实

灾害的存在。除因不可抗拒推迟交货或不能交货，如卖方不能按合同

规定期限交货，则应赔偿买方直接由于迟期交货或不能按合同交货所

遭受的一切合理损失及费用。人力不可抗拒事故继续存在60天以上

时，买方有权撤销合同或合同中未交付部分。

of this ontrat, if the Fore Majeure ause lasts over 60 das,

the Buer have the right to anel the ontrat or the un-deliver part of the ontrat.

十、仲裁：

Arbitration :

一起因执行合同所发生与本合同有关之争执，双方应友好协商解决。如双方协商不能解决时，应提交新加坡国际贸易仲裁中心对外经济仲裁委员会，根据其仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁的裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费育重非有关仲裁机构另有决定外均由败诉方负担。
