液压与气动系统

仅有以下三种基本方法传递动力:电气、机械和流体。大多数应用系统实际上是将三种方法组合起来而得到最有效地

最全面的系统。为了合理地确定采取哪种方法,重要的是了解各种方法的显著特征。例如液压系统在长距离上比机械系统更能经济地传递动力。然而液压系统与电气系统相比,传递动力的距离较短。

液压动力传递系统涉及电动机、调节装置和压力,流量控制,总的来说,该系统包括:

液压站的工作原理:电机带动油泵转动,泵从油箱中吸油供油,将机械能转化为液压站的压力能,液压油通过集成块(或阀组合)实现了方向、压力、流最调节后经外接管路并至液压机械的油缸或油马达中,从而控制液动机方向的变换、力量的大小及速度的快慢,推动各种液压机械做功。

1.发展历程

我国液压(含液力,下同)、气动和密封件工业发展历程,大致可分为三个阶段,即:20 世纪50 年代初到60 年代初为起步阶段:60 -70 年代为专业化生产体系成长阶段;80-9 0年代为快速发展阶段。其中,液压工业于50 年代初从机床行业生产仿苏的磨床、拉床、仿形车床等液压传动起步,液压元件由机床厂的液压车间生产,自产自用.进入60 年代后,液压技术的应用从机床逐渐推广到农业机械和工程机械等领域,原来附属于主机厂的液压车间有的独立出来,成为液压件专业生产厂。到了60 年代末、70 年代初,随着生产机械化的发展,特别是在为第二汽车制造厂等提供高效、自动化设备的带动下,液工压元件制造业出现了迅速发展的局面,一批中小企业也成为液压件专业制造厂。1968 年中

国液压元件年产景已接近20 万件:1973 年在机床、农机、工程机械等行业,生产液抓件的专业厂己发展到100 余家,年产量超过100 万件,一个独立的液压制造业己初步形成。这时,液压件产品已从仿苏产品发展为引进技术与自行设计相结合的产品,压力向中、高压发展,并开发了电液伺服阀及系统,液压应用领域进一步扩大。气动工业的起步比液压稍晚儿年,到1967 年开始建立气动元件专业厂,气动元件才作为商品生产和销售。含橡塑密封、机械密封和柔性石墨密封的密封件工业,50 年代初从生产普通0 型圈、油封等挤压橡塑密封和石棉密封制品起步,到60 年代初,开始研制生产机械密封和柔性石墨密封等制品。70 年代,在原燃化部、一机部、农机部所属系统内,一批专业生产厂相继成立,并正式形成行业,为密封件工业的发展成长奠定了墓础。进入80 年代,在国家改革开放的方针指引下,随着机械工业的发展,基础件滞后于主机的矛盾日益突出,并引起各有关部门的重视。为此,原一机部于1982 年组建一通用基础件工业局,将原有分散在机床、农业机械、工程机械等行业归口的液压、气动和密封件专业厂,统一划归通用基础件局管理,从而使该行业在规划、投资、引进技术和科研开发等方面得到基础件局的指导和支持。从此进入了快速发展期,先后引进了60 余项国外先进技术,其中液压40 余项、气动7 项,经消化吸收和技术改造,现均己批量生产,并成为行业的主导产品。近年来,行业加大了技术改造力度,1991 -1998年国家、地方和企业自筹资金总投入共约20 多亿元,其中液压16 亿多元。经过技术改造和技术攻关,一批主要企业技术水平进一步提高,工艺装备得到很大改善,为形成高起点、专业化、批量生产打下了良好墓础。近几年,在国家多种所有制共同发展的方针指引下,不同所有制的中小企业迅猛崛起,呈现出勃勃生机。随着国家进一步开放,三资企业迅速发展,对提高行业水平和扩大出口起着重要作用。目前我国己和美国、日本、德国等国家著名厂商合资或由外国厂商独资建立了柱塞泵/马达、行星减速机、转向器、液压控制阀、液压系统、静液压传动装置、液压件铸造、气动

控制阀、气缸、气源处理三联件、机械密封、橡塑密封等类产品生产企业50 多家,引进外资2 亿多美元。

二、日前状况

( 1 )基本概况

经过40 多年的努力,我国液压、气动和密封件行业已形成了一个门类比较齐全,有一定生产能力和技术水平的工业体系。据1995 年全国第三次工业普查统计,我国液压、气动和密封件工业乡及乡以上年销售收入在100 万元以上的国营、村办、私营、合作经营、个体、“三资”等企业共有1300 余家,其中液压约700 家,气动和密封件各约300 余家。按1996 年国际同行业统计,我国液压行业总产位23 . 48 亿元,占世界第6 位:气动行业总产值4 . 19 亿元,,占世界第10 位。

( 2 )当前供需概况

通过技术引进,自主开发和技术改造,高抓柱塞泵、齿轮泵、叶片泵、通用液压阀门、油缸、无油润滑气动件和各类密封件等一大批产品的技术水平有来了明显的提高,并可稳定的批量生产,为各类主机提高产品水平提供了保证。另外,在液压气动元件和系统的CAD、污染控制、比例伺服技术等方面也取得一定成果,并已用于生产。目前,液压、气动和密封件产品总计约有3000 个品种、23000 多个规格。其中,液压有1200 个品种、10000 多个规格(含液力产品60 个品种、500 个规格);气动有1350 个品种、8000 多个规格:橡塑密封有350 个品种、5000 多个规格,已基木能适应各类主机产品的一般需要,为重大成套装备的各种配套率也可达6 0%以上,并开始有少量出口。

1998 年国产液压件产量480 万件,销售额约28 亿元(其中机械系统约占 70 % ) :气动件产量360 万件,销售额约5 . 5 亿元(其中机械系统约占6 0%);密封件产最约8 亿件,销售额约10 亿元(其中机械系统约占50%)。据中国液压气动密封件工业协会1998 年年报统计,液压产品产销率为97 . 5 % (液力为101 % ) , 气动为95 . 9 % ,密封为98.7 %。这充分反映了产销基本衔接。

我国液压、气动和密封工业虽取得了很大的进步,但与主机发展需求,以及和世界先进水平相比,还存在不少差距,主要反映在产品品种、性能和可靠性等方面。以液压产品为例,产品品种只有国外的1 / 3 ,寿命为国外的1 / 2 。为了满足重点主机、进口主机以及重大技术装备的需要,每年都有大量的液压、气动和密封产品进口。据海关统计及有关资料分析,1998年液压、气动和密封件产品的进口额约2 亿美元,其中液压约1 . 4 亿美元,气动近0 . 3 亿美元,密封约0 . 3 亿美元,比1997 年稍有下降。按金额计,目前进口产品的国内市场占有率约为30 %。1998 年国内市场液压件需求总量约600 万件,销售总额近40 亿元:气动件需求总量约500 万件,销售总额7 亿多元:密封件需求总量约11 亿件,销售总额约13 亿元。

三、今后发展走势

1 、影响发展的主要因素

(1)企业产品开发能力不强,技术开发的水平和速度不能完全满足先进主机产品、重大技术装备和进口设备的配套和维修需要:

(2)不少企业的制造工艺、装备水平和处理水平都较落后,加上质量意识不强,导致产品性能水平低、质量不稳定、可靠性差,服务不及时,缺乏使用户满意和信赖的名牌产品;

(3)行业内生产专业化程度低,力最分散,低水平承狂严承,地区和企业之间产品趋同,盲目竞争,相互压价,使企业效益下降,资金缺乏、周转困难,产品开发和技术改造投入不足,严重地制约了行业整体水平的提高以及竞争实力的增强:

(4)国内市场国际化程度日益提高,国外公司纷纷进入中国市场参与竞争,加上国内私营、合作经营、个体、三资等企业的崛起,给国有企业造成愈来愈大的冲击。

2 、发展走势

随着社会主义市场经济的不断深化,液压、气动和密封产品

的市场供求关系发生较大变化,长期来以“短缺”为特征的卖方市场已基本成为以“结构性过剩”为特征的买方市场所取代。从总体能力看,已处于供大于求的态势,特别是一般低档次液压、气动和密封件,普遍供过于求:而主机急需的技术含量高的高参数、高附加值的高档产品,又不能满足市场需要,只能依赖上进口。在我国加入WTO 后,其冲击有可能更大。因此,“十五”期间行业产值的增长,决不能依赖于量的增长,而应针对行业自身的结构性矛盾,加大力度,调整产业结构和产品结构,也就是应依靠质的提高,促进产品技术升级,以适应和拉动市场需求,求得更大的发展。

气压系统

气压系统是用压力气体传递和控制动力,正如名称所表明的那样,气压系统通常用空气(不用其他气体)作为流体介质,囚为空气是安全、成本低而又随处可得的流体,在系统部件中产生电弧有可能点燃泄漏物的场合下(使用空气作为介质)尤其安全。

在气压系统中,压缩机用来压缩并供应所需的空气。压缩机一般有活塞式、叶片式和螺旋式等类型。压缩机基本上是根据理想气体法则,通过减小气体体积来增加气体压力的。气压系统通常考虑采用大的中央空气压缩机作为一个无限量

的气源,这类似于电力系统中只要将插头扬入插座便可获得电能。用这种方法,压力气体可以从气源输送到整个工厂的各个角落,压力气体可通过空气滤清器除去污物,这些污物可能会损坏气体组件的精密配合部件如阀和气缸等,随后输送到各个回路中,接着空气流经减压阀以减小气压值适合某一回路使用。因为空气不是好的润滑剂(包括20 %的氧气),气压系统需要一个油雾器将细小的油雾注射到经过减压阀

减压的空气中,这有助于减小气动组件精密配合运动件的磨损。

由于来自大气中的空气含不同数量的水分,这些水分是有害的,它可以带走润滑剂引起过分磨损和腐蚀。因此,在一些使用场合中,要用空气干燥器来除去这些有害的水分。

由于气压系统直接向大气排气,会产生过大噪声,因此可在气阀和执行组件排气口安装消声器来降低噪声,以防止操作人员因接触噪声及高速空气粒子有可能引发的伤害。

用气动系统代替液压系统有以下几条理由:液体的惯性远比气体大,因此,在液抓系统中,当执行组件加速减速和阀突然开启关闭时,油液的质量便是一个潜在的问题,根据牛顿运动定律(力等于质量乘以加速度),产生加速运动油液所需的力要比加速同等体积空气所需的力高出许多倍。

3.Actuators which convert hydraulic power to usable mechanical power output at the point required.

4.The medium which is a liquid, provides rigid transmission and control as well as lubrication of compments, sealing in valves, and cooling of the system.

5.Connectors which link the various system components, provide power conductors for the fluid under pressure, and fluid flow return to tank(reservoir).

6.Fluid storage and conditioning equipment which ensure sufficient quality and quantity as well as cooling of the fluid.

Hydraulic systems are used in industrial applications such as stamping presses, steelmills,and general manufacturing, agricultural machines, mining industry, aviation. spacetechnology,deep-sea exploration, transportation,rnarine technology, and offshore gas and petroleum exploration. In short, very few people get through a day of their lives without somehow benefitiong from the technology of hydraulics.

The secret of hydraulic system?ˉs success and widespread use is its versatility and manageability. Fluid power is not hindered by the geometry of the machine as is the case in mechanical systems. Also,power can be transmitted in almost limitless quantities because fluid systems are not so limited by the physical limitations of materials as are the electrical systems. For example .the performance of an electromangnet is limited by the saturation limit of steel. On the other hand, the power limit of fluid systems is limited only by the strength capacity of the material.

Industry is going to depend more and more on automation in order to increase productivity.This includes remote and direct control of production poerations, manufacturing processes, and materials handling. Fluid power is the muscle of automation because of advantages in the following four major categories.

This is accomplished whether the work output moves a few inches per hour, several hundred inches per minute, a few revolutions per hour, or thousands of revolutions per minute.

4 Simplicity, safety, economy. In general, fluid power systems use fewer moving parts than comparable mechanical or electrical systems. Thus, they are simpler to maintain and operate. This , in turn, maximizes safety, compactness, and reliability. For example, a new power steering control designed has made all other kinds of power systems obsolete on

vehicles. The steering unit consists of a manually poerated directional control valve and meter in a single body. Hydraulic oils are messy, and leakage is impossible to completely eliminate. Also, most hydraulic oils can cause tires if an oil leak occurs in an area of hot equipment.

Pneumatic System

Pneumatic systems use pressurized gases to transmit and control power. As the name implies, pneumatic systems typically use air(rather than some other gas) as the fluid medium because air is a safe,low-cast,and readily available fluid. It is particularly safe in environments where an electrical spark could ignite leaks from system components.

In pneumatic systems, compressors are used to compress and supply the necessary quantities of air. Compressors are typically of the piston, vane or screw type. Basically a compressor increases the pressure of a gas by reducing its volume as described by the perfect gas law.

Pneumatic systems normally use a large centralized air compressor which is considered to be an infinite air source similar to an electrical system where you merely plug into an electrical outlet for electricity. In this way, pressurized air can be piped from one source t various locations throughout an entire industrial plant. The compressed air is piped to each circuit through an air filter to remove contaminants which might harm the closely fitting parts of pneumatic components such as valve and cylinders. The air then flows through a pressure regulator which reduces the pressure to the desired level for the particular circuit

application. Because air is not a good lubricant (contains about 20% oxygen),pneumatics systems required a lubricator to inject a very tine mist of oil into the air discharging from the pressure regulator. This pervents wear of the closely fitting moving parts of pneumatic components.

Free air from the atmosphere contains varying amounts of moisture. This moisture can be harmful in that it can wash away lubricants and thus cause excessive wear and corrosion. Hence, in some appplications, air driers are needed to remove this undesirable moisture. Since pneumatic systems exhaust directly into the atmosphere, they are capable of generating excessive noise .Therefore, mufflers are mounted on exhaust of air valves and actuators to reduce noise and prevent operating personnel from possible injury resulting not only from exposure to noise but also from high-speed airborne particles.

There are several reasons for considering the use of pneumatic systems instead of hydraulic systems. Liquids exhibit greater inertia than do gases. Therefore, in hydraulic systems the weight of oil is a potential problem when accelerating and decelerating actuators and when suddenly opening and closing vales. Due to newtong`s law of motion (force equals mass multiplied by acceleration).the force required to accelerate oil is many times greater than that required to accelerate an equal volume of air. Liquids also exhibit greater viscosity than do gases. This results in larger frictional pressure and power losses. Also, since hydraulic systems use a fluid foreign to the atmosphere, they require special reservoirs and noleak system designs. Pneumatic systems use air which is exhausted directly back into the surrounding environment. Generally speaking ,pneumatic systems are less expensive than hydraulic systems.

However, because of the compressibility of air, it is impossible to obtain precise controlled actuator velocities with pneumatic systems. Also, precise positioning control is not obtainable. While pneumatic pressures are quite low due to compressor design limitations(less than 250 psi),hydraulic pressures can be as high as l0.000psi. Thus, hydraulics can be high-power systems, whereas pneumatics are confined to low-power applications. Industrial applications of pneumatic systems are growing at a rapid pace. Typical examples include stamping, drilling, hoist, punching, clamping, assembling, riveting, materials handling, and logic controlling operations.

(3)状态估计是实现配电自动化中关键技术之一本文在阐述状态估计方法基础上给出了不良测量数据的识别和结构性错误的识别方法针对状态估计中数据对基于残差的坏数据检测和异常以及状态量中坏数据对状态估计的影响及存在的问题提出了状态估计中拓扑错误的一种实用化检测和辩识方法针对窃电漏计电费问题独创性提出一种通过电量突变和异常分析防止窃电的新方法并在潍坊城区配电得到验证. (4)针对配电网负荷预测建模困难参数离散度大以及相关因素多等问题本文在分析常规负荷预测模型及方法基础上引入了气象因素日期类型社会环境影响等参数给出了基于神经网络的电力负荷预测方法实例验证了方法的正确性.

附件1:外文资料翻译译文 基于微型计算机的步进电机控制系统设计 孟天星余兰兰 山东理工大学电子与电气工程学院 山东省淄博市 摘要 本文详细地介绍了一种以AT89C51为核心的步进电机控制系统。该系统设计包括硬件设计、软件设计和电路设计。电路设计模块包括键盘输入模块、LED显示模块、发光二极管状态显示和报警模块。按键可以输入设定步进电机的启停、转速、转向,改变转速、转向等的状态参数。通过键盘输入的状态参数来控制步进电机的步进位置和步进速度进而驱动负载执行预订的工作。运用显示电路来显示步进电机的输入数据和运行状态。AT89C51单片机通过指令系统和编译程序来执行软件部分。通过反馈检测模块,该系统可以很好地完成上述功能。 关键词:步进电机,AT89C51单片机,驱动器,速度控制 1概述 步进电机因为具有较高的精度而被广泛地应用于运动控制系统,例如机器人、打印机、软盘驱动机、绘图仪、机械式阀体等等。过去传统的步进电机控制电路和驱动电路设计方法通常都极为复杂,由成本很高而且实用性很差的电器元件组成。结合微型计算机技术和软件编程技术的设计方法成功地避免了设计大量复杂的电路,降低了使用元件的成本,使步进电机的应用更广泛更灵活。本文步进电机控制系统是基于AT89C51单片机进行设计的,它具有电路简单、结构紧凑的特点,能进行加减速,转向和角度控制。它仅仅需要修改控制程序就可以对各种不同型号的步进电机进行控制而不需要改变硬件电路,所以它具有很广泛的应用领域。 2设计方案 该系统以AT89C51单片机为核心来控制步进电机。电路设计包括键盘输入电路、LED显示电路、发光二极管显示电路和报警电路,系统原理框图如图1所示。 At89c51单片机的P2口输出控制步进电机速度的时钟脉冲信号和控制步进电机运转方向的高低电平。通过定时程序和延时程序可以控制步进电机的速度和在某一

ABSTRACT The information has been the tide and tendency now for the current developing world and the developing information requests that management must shift to the new generation of computer management.The checking attendance system is necessary for each enterprise and institution, and the appearance of computers makes the attendance of the staff and the statistics very simple. With the staffs becoming more and more, it will bring many troubles if checking attendance only by people. In order to follow the step of our world and the development of information, the check attendance system becomes increasing important in our life. The check attendance system in the article can make use of computer to check attendance, and the attendance information of the staffs can be checked by using IC card. The system can be divided into several function parts: entry part, add new staff part, set time for work and holiday part, check statistics part, leave/over work/on business part and add attendance by people part. The people who use the system can be divided into three parts and they are staffs, managers and the checking people. The system is developed on the platform of .NET, and it is developed by C# programmer, at the same time, SQL Server 2000 is used for database.The system is designed into three floors form and through the Web server to connect the database and the client, in this way, it makes the data safer when operate the database. 译文 流体传动及控制技术已经成为工业自动化的重要技术,是机电一体化技术的核心组成之一。而电液比例控制是该门技术中最具生命力的一个分支。比例元件对介质清洁度要求不高,价廉,所提供的静、动态响应能够满足大部分工业领域的使用要求,在某些方面已经毫不逊色于伺服阀。比例控制技术具有广阔的工业应用前景。但目前在实际工程应用中使用电液比例阀构建闭环控制系统的还不多,其设计理论不够完善,有待进一步的探索,因此,对这种比例闭环控制系统的研究有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本论文以铜电解自动生产线中的主要设备——铣耳机作为研究对象,在分析铣耳机组各构成部件的基础上,首先重点分析了铣耳机的关键零件——铣刀的几何参数、结构及切削性能,并进行了实验。用电液比例方向节流阀、减压阀、直流直线测速传感器等元件设计了电液比例闭环速度控制系统,对铣耳机纵向进给装置的速度进行控制。论文对多个液压阀的复合作用作了理论上的深入分析,着重建立了带压差补偿型的电液比例闭环速度控制系统的数学模型,利用计算机工程软件,研究分析了系统及各个组成环节的静、动态性能,设计了合理的校正器,使设计系统性能更好地满足实际生产需要 水池拖车是做船舶性能试验的基本设备,其作用是拖曳船模或其他模型在试验水池中作匀速运动,以测量速度稳定后的船舶性能相关参数,达到预报和验证船型设计优劣的目的。由于拖车稳速精度直接影响到模型运动速度和试验结果的精度,因而必须配有高精度和抗扰性能良好的车速控制系统,以保证拖车运动的稳速精度。本文完成了对试验水池拖车全数字直流调速控制系统的设计和实现。本文对试验水池拖车工作原理进行了详细的介绍和分析,结合该控制系统性能指标要求,确定采用四台直流电机作为四台车轮的驱动电机。设计了电流环、转速环双闭环的直流调速控制方案,并且采用转矩主从控制模式有效的解决了拖车上四台直流驱动电机理论上的速度同步和负载平衡等问题。由于拖车要经常在轨道上做反复运动,拖动系统必须要采用可逆调速系统,论文中重点研究了逻辑无环流可逆调速系统。大型直流电机调速系统一般采用晶闸管整流技术来实现,本文给出了晶闸管整流装置和直流电机的数学模型,根据此模型分别完成了电流坏和转速环的设计和分析验证。针对该系统中的非线性、时变性和外界扰动等因素,本文将模糊控制和PI控制相结合,设计了模糊自整定PI控制器,并给出了模糊控制的查询表。本文在系统基本构成及工程实现中,介绍了西门子公司生产的SIMOREGDC Master 6RA70全数字直流调速装置,并设计了该调速装置的启动操作步骤及参数设置。完成了该系统的远程监控功能设计,大大方便和简化了对试验水池拖车的控制。对全数字直流调速控制系统进行了EMC设计,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。本文最后通过数字仿真得到了该系统在常规PI控制器和模糊自整定PI控制器下的控制效果,并给出了系统在现场调试运行时的试验结果波形。经过一段时间的试运行工作证明该系统工作良好,达到了预期的设计目的。 提升装置在工业中应用极为普遍,其动力机构多采用电液比例阀或电液伺服阀控制液压马达或液压缸,以阀控马达或阀控缸来实现上升、下降以及速度控制。电液比例控制和电液伺服控制投资成本较高,维护要求高,且提升过程中存在速度误差及抖动现象,影响了正常生产。为满足生产要求,提高生产效率,需要研究一种新的控制方法来解决这些不足。随着科学技术的飞速发展,计算机技术在液压领域中的应用促进了电液数字控制技术的产生和发展,也使液压元件的数字化成为液压技术发展的必然趋势。本文以铅电解残阳极洗涤生产线中的提升装置为研究

科技文章摘译 Definition of a Management Information System There is no consensus of the definition of the term "management information system". Some writers prefer alternative terminology such as "information processing system", "information and decision system", "organizational information system", or simply "information system" to refer to the computer-based information processing system which supports the operations, management, and decision-making functions of an organization. This text uses “MIS” because it is descriptive and generally understood; it also frequently uses “information system” instead of “MIS” to refer to an organizational information system. A definition of a management information system, as the term is generally understood, is an integrated, user-machine system for providing information to support operations, management, and decision-making functions in an organization. The system utilizes computer hardware and software; manual procedures; models for analysis planning, control and decision making; and a database. The fact that it is an integrated system does not mean that it is a single, monolithic structure; rather, it means that the parts fit into an overall design. The elements of the definition are highlighted below. 1 Computer-based user-machine system Conceptually, management information can exist without computer, but it is the power of the computer which makes MIS feasible. The question is not whether computers should be used in management information system, but the extent to which information use should be computerized. The concept of a user-machine system implies that some tasks are best performed by humans, while others are best done by machine. The user of an MIS is any person responsible for entering input data, instructing the system, or utilizing the information output of the system. For many problems, the user and the computer form a combined system with results obtained through a set of interactions between the computer and the user. User-machine interaction is facilitated by operation in which the user’s input-output device (usually a visual display terminal) is connected to the computer. The computer can be a personal computer serving only one user or a large computer that
