上的讲话
亲爱的同学们、老师们、家长朋友们，大家上午好!
我和书记以及各个学院的老师们，一上午坐在这静静地陪伴大家度过这个短暂的毕业典礼的美好时光。实际上我的心情和大家一样，时起时伏，时而激动，时而欢笑。首先向大家表示祝贺，历经几年辛勤汗水的挥洒，获得毕业证书，确实得来不易。我们应该感谢养育我们的父母，感谢今天坐在台上以及今天没有到场的教诲我们的师长，也要感谢我们的老学长张福安先生，当然我们还要感谢不远万里来到中国，参加毕业典礼的牛津大学常务副校长Ewan Mckendrick教授。大家真的很幸运，我也很幸运，来校才两个月，就参加了毕业典礼。从来校的那一天开始，我就力求使自己成为一个真正的交大人。
刚才我们的学生代表、留学生代表，以及学长张福安先生的发言，深深地触动了我，尤其是张福安学长的一段描述，让大家看到了他那个年代，我们交大学子经历的一段不平凡的历程，正是那样一段历程造就了交大人钢铁一样的性格。张福安先生为祖国的航天事业奉献了大半生,并获得了国家科学技术进步特等奖，像张福安先生这样的老一代校友还有很多。
今天，我怀着十分高兴的心情参加同学们的毕业典礼，
与同学们共同分享成功的喜悦。西南交通大学已走过113载风雨春秋，一代代优秀的交大人从这里出发，奔赴祖国各地。明天，你们将要踏上新的征程，在此，我代表学校，向圆满完成学业的200x届全体毕业生表示热烈的祝贺!并借此机会，向为我校教育教学工作付出辛勤劳动的各位老师，表示衷心的感谢!
亲爱的毕业生同学们,站在人生的新台阶上,你们下一步将怎么走呢?是向下还是继续向上呢?向下虽然是“最省力”的,但也是最危险的.古人说,“从善如登,从恶如崩”.人生不进则退,不论你曾有怎样的辉煌,只要不再进德修业,只要不再坚守诚信的道德底线,那就将“向下”如崩,毁掉自己的一生.这样的教训,难道还少吗?对于南开人来说,我们的人生只有一个方向,那就是“向上”.
“逝者如斯，不舍昼夜。”同学们，时间过得真快，一千多个日日夜夜就这样匆匆翻过，离别的钟声就要响起。还记得三年前你们还是懵懂少年，怀着憧憬踏进xxx初级中学的校门，可是现在，毕业的歌声响起来了——初中三年紧张而有意义的学习生活即将结束。回首走过的路，许多生动的细节、精彩的瞬间依然历历在目、清晰可见，有成功的喜悦，也有失败的苦涩，有夏花之绚烂，也有秋夜之精美，我们的心中铭记着你们的青春丰采!母校和老师们永远忘不了你们在教室里发愤苦读的身影，忘不了你们在操场上龙腾虎跃的
英姿，忘不了你们展示在母校的美好心灵。
当然，我也非常感动，毕业生代表的发言，充满了激情，充满了活力，他们在即将奔向社会的时候，把自己的情感迸发出来。更让我感动的是，我们的学生在发言最后也不忘代表所有毕业生，感谢父母。有报恩之心是难得的一种美德，是高尚品德的主要内涵。我也感谢留学生代表Nina做了非常精彩的发言，她的汉语说的非常好。她的发言是发自内心的，没有华丽的辞藻，没有时尚的语言，但是每一句话都是从心底里流淌出来的。她说：“今后在报纸上看到有人为社会做贡献的时候，我希望那个人就出自我们交大。”大家能感受到她这个话是发自肺腑的。鼓励的话我们的学长张先生说了，表态的话、激励的话，学生代表、留学生代表都说了，在即将进入中午12点的时候，我还能说一些什么呢?我想再叮嘱几句，孩子要远行，家长来了，师长来了，学长来了，贵宾们也都到了，临别之际几句留言，几句赠言。
第一句话：没有什么都可以，不能没有志气。
人活于世，贵在有志。古往今来凡成大器者都是有志之人，有志不在年高，你们这个阶段正是心怀梦想、立大志的时候。什么叫志气?志气是责任，志气是担当，志气是一种梦想的追求，无大志者绝对不会成为有用之才，有担当者、有责任者才能称得上有志气。有志者事竟成，古人已经给我们讲了这个道理。所以没有什么都可以，但是做人不能没有
