摘　要　介绍了美国长岛电力公司（LILCO）一个成功的配电网馈线自动化系统；阐述了其故障检测、自动分段、故障隔离、非故障段自动恢复供电的功能实现方法；分析了1994年～1998年该系统的应用效果，说明配电自动化系统对供电网的安全运行起着重要作用，对我国配电自动化建设具有借鉴作用。

The functions of fault detection, automatic sectionalization, fault isolation and automatic restoration of power supply in the non-broken-down sections are described. The effects of system application from 1994 to 1998 are analyzed. The importance of distribution network automation system to the secure operation of power supply network is presented, and it can be used as the reference of the construction of distribution network automation in China.

0　引言
