(四)教情分析

三、四、五、六年级的英语教学,班上学生数不多,但很多学生基础薄弱,对英语迷茫。我们的学生还有以下一些问题需要解决。

1、学习兴趣不是很高,部分学生甚至有厌恶感,同时,许多学生还是为学习而学习,谈不

上兴趣问题;

2、回家不会学习,无正确的学习方法,不知如何看书.学习态度谈不上十分端正,回家以后巩固时间很少,且缺乏有效的巩固手段,练的机会明显不足。

3、部分学生学习的目的性不是很强,导致学习习惯不好,学习无明确的计划,有作业就写,无作业就玩。老师布置的作业不能按时完成,回家看书也只是应付家长,作业不能很好完成,作为语言性学科,听与读是非常关键的环节,而大多数学生这一点做的不好,这在听力测试时表现的尤为明显。

二、影响学情的阻抗因素

1、家庭原因:部分家庭的家长在子女的教育方面缺乏有效的方法,有的只是简单的满足;有些家长本身的素质不是很高,同时还的思想给子女的学习造成了负面影响;父母的教育尺度不统一,他们当中没几个会说英语的,自己都不会,就更无从怎么去教自己的孩子了.这样就让孩子有空可钻,或者让他们无所适从;农村家长简单粗暴的教育方法让子女学会了撒谎,抵赖等不良习惯;周边环境不佳或部分学生属于双亲或单亲在外打工的留守儿童,他们对子女的教育跟不上,甚至无法得到教育。

2、自身原因:学习习惯不佳,无合理的学习计划,不会合理安排时间;学习的自觉性不够,作业不能很好完成甚至有偷工减料的情况,学习任务只是局限于书面作业,不会自学;有些学生有较强的自卑心理,课堂上参与活动不积极或者干脆只做听众或观众;学习的心态调整不到位,合理有效的学习方法没找到,学习效率不高。课程难度增加以后,学生的方法没能及时跟上,心理压力较大,但没有合适的途径解压;自信心明显不足而且学习动力不足的迹象也已经显现,学生的攀比不是表现在学习上争先,而是落在了其他方面。

三、今后的措施

1.上学期部分后进生能够投入到学习中,成绩也有所提高。

2.鼓励激励后进生的学习,并对进步大的实施奖励机制,鼓励学习不突出的和学习习惯不佳的学生继续努力,并对其的进步给予奖励,激发学习动力。

3.下学段教学任务,加大力度抓后进生的学习。

4.存在问题,学习动力持久性不足。

1、针对以上所存在的问题,改进课堂教学方式,让师生之间的课堂活动形式更加多样化,师生之间更加融洽;重新调整对学生的评价模式,让他们更好发挥自身潜能,规范学习态度,严谨学习作风;加强与学生家长的交流,更好发挥家校共建作用;与问题学生多谈心,多交流,帮助他们想办法,解决学习上存在的问题,让他们看到努力之后的结果。

2、学习是一项长期的艰巨的工作,教师、学生、教学环境等诸多因素都可能造成学生学习成绩的变化。根据现在所暴露出的问题,我们课题组也在积极思考对策,采取集体备课。在这个过程中,每位教师都积极参与,在集体备课的基础上结合班级的实际情况再复备,根据班级实情与其他教师及时交流沟通,发现存在的大众化问题再商议相关的对策。

3、学习英语的方式方法很多,在日常生活中,只要我们有心,处处可以学习英语。在校内,抓好课堂时间,给予学生充分的时间与空间,教给学生学习的方法,教学生独立、合作、创造性地解决问题。鼓励学生在校园里与同学之间、老师都尝试用英语进行交流。回到家里,多看有关少儿英语节目,阅读有关书籍,并养成作笔记的习惯。鼓励学生将自己听到的或看到的自己认为有趣的内容记录下来,带到学校与同学共同交流学习。

4、在学习中,由于各种原因,经常会遇到各个学生学习进步程度不同的情况,久而久

之,便会出现优生与后进生的参差不齐的现象。英语的学习更是如此,情况比较严重的往往是男生行列。针对这种情况,首先找出这类学生后进的原因,一方面鼓励他们认真努力学习,另一方面在课堂中经常性地让其发言,回答问题,纠正其不足。而且带动其他学生,采取一帮一的形式,互相帮助,互相学习,并进行有效的竞赛活动。小学英语打基础,培养兴趣的阶段,更不能让任何一个学生产生厌学的情况,力求使每一个学生都能以积极的态度面对英语的学习

5、教师通过相互听课,评课来更好交流,提高课堂教学能力也是非常关键的。相互观摩任课教师如何训练集体备课时提出的重难点,提高学生的水平。加强教育科研的研究力度,将课题研究的成果真正落实到指导实际的教学中去。在研究的过程中要不断完善,不断创新,提高教育教学质量。因为合适的才是最好的。

困难虽然客观存在,但只要齐心协力,多想办法,多投入,多努力,改进方法,相信我们一定能有较好地收获。

本试卷共分为两部分,第一部分是听力题,第二部分是笔试题。一、试题的特点:(一)、注重了基础知识的考查试卷中能充分体现考查学生基础知识为主要目标的命题原则,坚持依据于课本,但又避免教材中机械的知识,对于一些学生必须掌握的基础知识作为重点考查的内容(如动词的时态的运用,重点短语等),因为这些知识的掌握能更好地为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。(二)、突出语言的交际功能英语作为语言,是一种交际的工具.而小学英语教学根据小学生的年龄特点和语言学习的规律,确立以听说能力的培养为主要目标,读写跟上的原则进行。(三)、渗透了能力考查的要求学习语言是为了交际。小学英语教学不仅要教给学生一些最基本的语言知识,而且要教给学生运用语言的方法和能力。在试卷的问题设计上,增加了对学生阅读理解能力和活用语言能力的考查。(四)、渗透了生活常识和中西文化差异的考查小学英语的教学内容贴近学生生活,同时也出现了一些中西文化的差异现象,这是学习一种语言很必要的。为使学生在学习中注意比较和积累,在试题中进行了这方面的考查,其目的能更好地指导面上的教学工作一定的导向作用。二、下面就试卷的总体情况分析如下(一)、听力部分听力测试旨在考查学生听音、辨音及听力理解和快速反应能力。满分为40分,共五大块内容,分别为:一、听录音,选出所听到的单词或短语;二、听录音标序号;三、听录音,根据对话及问题选择正确答案;四、听录音填入所缺的单词。整体来看,听力部分得分率相对来说比较高,失分较多的是第四题,学生有的不能领会录音内容中的关键信息点,有的能听懂句子但是不能根据句子的整体写出单词的恰当形式,以至造成失误。(二)、笔试部分笔试部分主要考查学生的语言基础知识和基本技能,包括语音、词、词组、语法等方面的考查。现分述如下:一、判断,是属于基础知识,主要考查学生对字母或字母组合的发音掌握情况。从卷面上看得分并不是很高。尤其第5小题。二、中英互译。完全都是平时所熟悉的短语,但是学生眼高手低,扣分很多,尤其是汉语短语译成英语,失分很重。这也说明在学生眼中英语并没有被足够重视起来。三、选择填空,涉及到动词的时态变化、关键短语,介词的使用等,同时考查了学生对句子的整体认读能力,学生完成的还不错。四、连词成句。本题较为简单,学生多数完成的不错,失分点在第四小题上。五、上下句配对,内容都是书上平时的对话内容,部分学生做得很好,但也有很差的,原因是因为不能弄清楚句子的含义故不能准确找出答句。六、完成对话,本题不仅考查学生的对话理解能力,而且考查了学生正确使用和拼写单词的能力。虽然对话内容简单容易理解单词易书写但是失分率照样很好,原因只有一个:不会写单词。这又一次说明英语并没有像语文和数学那样被学生重视起来。七、阅读短文,按要求答题。学生在本题扣分很多,究其原因可能有三:一是学生审题不够认真,要求没看清楚,把“√”“×”看成了“T"“F”;二是学生对词的形态不能正确运用;三是学生练得太少或者说学生没有太多的时间学英语。三、几点教学建议1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈.词汇是文章、句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从阅卷所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。2、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。进行语法操练时,要坚持“四位一体”,即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题,联系语境,确定语法结构,明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用,又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。3、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。《课标》规定“学生应达到一定量的课外阅读量”.其实,试卷上每一题都要求学生阅读。我们常说,“这类题目已讲过x遍,y个学生不会做."这不是因为学生没有听懂老师所讲的题目,而是因为学生不会阅读试卷上的题目,对不上适用的语法结构。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着
