膝骨性关节炎的治疗心得

【摘要】膝关节骨性关节炎是中老年常见的慢性骨关节病，以膝关节疼痛，僵硬，活动受限为主要临床表现。目前尚无理想的治疗方法，我们试用中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，以活血化瘀中药内服，同时膝关节注射玻璃酸钠，效果确切，安全性好，作用持久，同时还可降低该病的复发率。%Knee osteoarthritis in the elderly is a common chronic osteoarthritis, knee joint pain, stif ness, limited mobility as the main clinical manifestations. There is no ideal treatment, we tried Integrative treatment of knee osteoarthritis in traditional Chinese medicine orally, while knee injection of sodium hyaluronate, the exact ef ect, safety, lasting effect, while also reducing the recurrence rate of the disease.
