一、项目教学法的实施 (一)项目主题的形成负责这五门课程的有三位老师,针对课程内容及课程要求,三位老师共同拟定三个题目: 1.某甜品生产厂家为生产一款高端曲奇需要从一新西兰奶制品厂家进口奶粉。 2.某鞋厂为生产一款着名品牌鞋需要从意大利一皮革厂进口半成品优质羊皮。 3.某玩具生产厂家为生产一款高端电子玩具需要从日本某电子厂进口电池。 两个班级的学生每个班级分成三组,每组4~5个人,根据自己的兴趣选择其中一个题目。要求一个项目的双方要分属在不同的班级,以激发学生的竞争性,提高参与的热情。学生选好题目后即可以假定所在小组为一个公司,公司为一家已经存在的实际的公司。因为已存在的公司拥有比较全面的背景信息,学生可以利用已有的资源,更加方便直接的定位公司、自己以及产品,更好的进入角色。在这一步骤中,学生可以在商务英语课程中学习专业术语的使用;可以在商务英语写作老师的帮助下书写公司简介,产品推广报告等;商务管理老师帮助学生学习公司活动、商业分析模式、公司的组织结构、资金的来源与使用、竞争、人力资源管理、市场营销策略、产品的定价、分销、促销等。这一过程的阶段性成果可以体现为公司英文简介、商品介绍及推广报告、公司人员分工及职责分配、SWOT及PEST 分析报告、市场营销策略计划书等。学生在分工及完成任务的过程中,可以更好的了解自己以及团队成员的优势和劣项,在团队里进行资源分配,形成优势互补。 (二)项目计划的设定学生已经在假定的公司有了自己的分工,下一步的计划就是在充分准备之后联系出口厂家进行贸易沟通,并在贸易意向初步达成的情况下,对贸易细节进行最终的谈判。在这一步骤中,学生可以学习国际贸易课程中的国际贸易术语、包装、运输、支付、保险、贸易流程、合同等;从商务英语写作课中学习要约、询价、报盘、还盘、接受的书写方法;学习商务管理课程中的人力资源管理、资金的`来源与使用、激励、商务沟通、团队管理、危机管理等;在商务谈判老师的指导下学习商务谈判的原则、方法、程序以及从谈判之前到之后所要做的工作及注意事项等。阶段性成果可以为书面形式的要约、询价、报盘、还盘及接受;公司进行本次贸易的预算单;员工激励政策;对方公司背景调查的资料汇总;谈判小组成员分工;谈判计划书;贸易合同书等,学生还可以进行模拟谈判以增加谈判的胜算。这是知识大量积累的一个过程,每一个新的内容与所要完成的任务密切相关,学生会有意识的把这些与项目联系在一起,很快把知识应用起来。学生在学习的过程中有一个明确的目标,并在团队合作、集体荣誉的激励下仔细思考、推敲、沟通,并相互帮助、鼓励、监督。 (三)项目执行各小组都已经做好了充分的准备工作,进入正式谈判。谈判的过程及成果即是之前所有知识积累及准备效果的集中体现。贸易合同书及谈判记录单是项目成果的最终体现。在谈判过程中,学生可以在自己搭建的舞台上充分展示自己的才华。教师尽量不参与谈判过程,但需要在旁观摩,以便之后给出准确的评价和指导。
