The Challenge that the graduates Faced with 说明：以当前毕业生找工作为背景，谈论其遇到的挑战以及应该如何应对挑战。。。

A: Hello, Jack,long time no see. The graduation is just around the corner, how about your job- hunting?

B: Forget it.it's in a mess. I've almost lost my hope, it's really a challenge for me.

A: oh, come on! Cheer up, just take it easy, don't be so upset, you know the opportunity is only given to those who are well-prepared, maybe you just lack some preparation.

B:Nowadays, graduates are faced with many challenges especially the competition of job-hunting is so fierce.And,It’s very difficult for me to get a satisfactory job.By the way,what about you.

A:I can’t agree with you more.To tell you the truth,I really feel that it’s not easy to find a good job and I don’t know what kind of job is fit for me.What we learnt in college seems unuseful for my future job career especially us major in social work.

B:Yes,so we need change our attitude and make enough preparation.I’m sure that we can get a good job then.

A: Thank you, I hope so.

Traditional Chinese Way of Strict Parenting

说明：以最近新闻上出现的“狼爸”为背景，两人对中国式的严格教育展开谈话，表明其观点。。。

A: Hi, Bob, have you heard Chinese Wolf Father, recently?

B:Yeah, it has become a very controversial phenomenon in China. A demanding father who is extremely strict with his children, somewhat just like a wolf treat the baby very strict. As a result, eventually，all of his three children were admitted by Peking University.

A:I don't know how to describe my feelings when I first knew the news, Maybe the result seems satisfactory, but for the children, it's not so pleasant. By the way, how do you feel about it?

B: To some extent, I agree with you. when it comes to traditional way of strict parenting, most people regard it as effective way to bring children up, I have to admit that under the Chinese exam-oriented education, this way is indeed very useful to get high score , however, from a long term point, it's not good for Chinese children's development.

A: Yes, children is the future and hope of our country. Although they attend the famous university and get high scores, they have lost many important things in their life, such as a happy childhood.

B: Yeah, I really hope Chinese parents rethink their way of parenting. A:Glad to talk with you,I have English class,so see you later.

B: Okay,see you.

Green development

背景：A与B是同学，几天前学校开展了一次关于Green Development的讲座。A与B都去听了。这次在路上碰巧遇到，讨论起来。

A:Hi,long time no see.How are you being?

B:Everything is OK. Have you attended the lecture last week about the Green Development?I was there at that time.

A:Of course I had.But I didn't see you.By the way, what's your opinion about Green Development?

B:From my viewpoint, green development means a kind of scientific development which consists of low-energy,low-consumption, and exploiting clear energy at the same time,then we will reduce the emission of green house gas and make our environment more safe and beautiful. A:Yes,to realize the dream of green development needs our common efforts during our daily life,such as do not use the disposable chopsticks and plastic bags to keep us away from the white pollution as well as protect the trees.

B:That's right.As graduates in the 21st century,we have the duty and obligation to do something for the important task and more measures should be taken to achieve the goal of green development.

A:Yes,and the education is important.Everyone should know the

significance of green development.Glad to talk with you,I have English class,so see you later.

B: Okay,see you.

Low-carbon life

说明：这是一个访谈形式的对话，一位主持人和一位环保人士就低碳生活进行的谈话，假设你们在一个节目现场，嘉宾就是你的搭档。。。。A：主持人B：嘉宾Mr._____

A:Today, we will welcome an environmentalist to talk about the low-carbon life, who has contributed to environmental protection for many years.now, Let’s welcome, Mr._____.

B: Hello, everyone, I am _____,an university teacher,very glad to be here to share my experience with you.

A: Hi,Mr._____, firstly,here is a question for you，how do you understand the concept of "low-carbon life"?

B:Okay,In my opinion, "low-carbon life" should be applied to every aspect in our life and gradually become unconscious behaviors. Simply to say, "low-carbon life" means to do something to reduce the emission of Carbon dioxide ,a kind of greenhouse gas.Furthermore, it is the manner which can provide us a nice,safe and green world.

A: Yes,we know many people hold the same idea that "low-carbon lifestyle" consists of three ways, save energy such as the electricity ,water, land and so on,reuse and recycling, so what's your experience?

B:To make contribution to low carbon life,there is too much we can do. For example,if you want to go to the third or fourth floor ,you can choose the stairs instead of the elevators. When you go out or shopping in the weekend, by bicycle or bus instead of driving yourself. And please say"No" to plastic bags in daily life, of course, persistence is more essential and significant.

A:That's right, it's very easy to take action for one time, but persist for long time is very difficult. In one word, it is everyone’s duty to protect our environment,please shoulder and perform your responsibility.And now,it’s time to say goodbye .Thank you so much for watching .And gald to talk with you ,professor ____,thank you.（可以握手）

My ideal graduate English teaching

A: Good morning,Bob long time no see.

B: Yeah, nice weather, right ? I'm just go out for fresh air.You

know ,Engish exam is around the corner ,and how about your English learning?

A: I study so hard but still find graduate English is very difficult.What’s more,from my viewpoint,our present graduate English teaching is not my ideal one.

B:So,what’s your ideal graduate English teaching?

A:I maintain that graduate English teaching should be different from high school or college English teaching.But to my disappointment，they are actually identical.

B：Yes,teacher read and explain the text,sometimes ask students to answer some questions.There isn’t any specially things.

A:I think during graduate English teaching,oral English and written English should be the key,we need more chance to practice oral English and written English both in class and spare time.

B:That’s right.I hope I could improve my listening and oral ability during graduate English.whatever,we must persist,never give up,keep moving.
