摘要:针对芦子沟煤矿开采的5401工作面出现长时间停产,且地表向工作面漏风严重,其上覆采空区遗煤出现自然发火迹象,根据矿井角联通风理论,结合均压通风防灭火技术建立卸压式均压防灭火系统三采取卸压式均压防灭火措施后,工作面CO 体积分数由300?10-6降至0,上部钻孔内CO 体积分数由5000?10-6逐渐减小至0,防灭火效果明显,解决了这种短期内迫切需要克服的采空区遗煤自然发火的难题三

Abstract :To counter the problems of the long-time suspension of production in 5401working face,the serious air leakage

from surface to the working face and the signs of spontaneous ignition of residual coal in the overlying mined out area,the fire prevention and extinguishing system by pressure relief and balance ventilation was established according to the mine diagonal ventilation theory and with the combination of the pressure balance for air control.After adopting the fire prevention and extinguishing technology by pressure relief and balance ventilation,the CO volume fraction in the working face reduced from

300?10-6to 0,the CO volume fraction in the upper borehole decreased gradually from 5000?10-6to 0,good fire prevention and extinguishing effect was achieved,and the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in a short period in the gob was thus solved.Keywords :pressure balanced ventilation;air leakage;coal spontaneous combustion;fire prevention and control;diagonal ventilation

近年来,近距离易自燃煤层在回采过程中,上覆老空区自然发火次数明显增多,严重威胁着矿井的安全生产[1]三特别是高瓦斯矿井近距离煤层开采,当漏风比较严重时,上覆老空区浮煤极易出现自燃三在矿井预防煤层自燃火灾工作中,通常采用注氮二注浆二均压等防灭火技术措施[2],而矿井均压防灭火以

工作面建立局部通风机为增压手段解决CO 浓度超限的问题,相对于有局部风机增压的均压防灭火技术,其减少了通风设备二设施的使用,易于观测采空区自燃状态,因此在现场实践中得到了普遍的应用[3]三芦子沟煤矿5401综放工作面在地表漏风供氧的条件下,工作面CO 气体浓度严重超限,特别是顶板钻孔中CO 体积分数达到5000?10-6以上三针对工作面与上覆采空区角联风路的通风特点,采用了卸压式均压通风防灭火系统,使用该方法经济二合理二科学地解决了上覆采空区遗煤自燃氧化问题,最终完成了工作面的安全回撤工作三
