油田企业基层思想政治工作应注重职工心理疏导摘要：分析了油田企业改革改制带来的企业内部个体和群体观念的变化，市场经济条件下人的价值取向多元化给职工队伍管理带来许多不利影响。指出思想政治工作必须坚持以人为本这个核心，认为应把心理疏导放在更加突出位置，把职工心理和谐作为重要目标。

abstract: the author analyzes the enterprise reform changes the system of oil field bring enterprise internal individual and group the change of the idea, market economy condition of good value orientation diversity to worker team management bring many adverse impact. it also points out that the ideological and political work must insist on the core, that should be the psychological counseling in a more prominent position, the use of psychological harmony as an important goal.
