3、债权转股权。债权转股权，指经过资产管理公司的独立评审和国家有关部门的批准，将银行转让给资产管理公司的对企业的债权转为资产管理公司对企业的股权，由资产管理公司进行阶段性持股，并对所持股权进行经营管理。

4、多样化出售。

（1）、公开拍卖。公开拍卖又称公开竞买，是一种通过特殊中介机构以公开竞价的形式，将特定物品或财产权利转让给最高应价者的买卖方式和交易活动。不良资产采用公开拍卖处置方式，具有较高的市场透明度，符合公开、公正、公平和诚实信用的市场交易规则，能体现市场化原则，是当前银行和资产管理公司处置抵押资产中使用较多的方式。该处置方式主
