空气源热泵空调实验系统搭建及能耗分析

摘要

空气源热泵以空气为热源,可以兼顾冬季供暖与夏季制冷使用,特别是作为冬季供暖的热源,通过消耗少量的电能,能够从室外环境中吸热并将热量转移到室内,它与传统的燃煤锅炉、燃气锅炉等热源相比更加安全、节能、环保,与太阳能供暖相比具有更强的稳定性,能够实现连续的热量供应。目前我国提倡煤改电以及利用可再生能源以减少冬季燃煤污染、改善空气质量。空气取之不尽用之不竭,是一种可再生的天然能源,空气源热泵空调拥有较高的供热效率和制冷系数,比起把电能直接转变为热能的的方式,能源利用率大了数倍,空气源热泵空调系统是节能减排和降低对化石燃料依赖程度的极具发展潜力的环保产品。

空气源热泵空调系统的能耗受室外环境影响较大,本文以空气源热泵能耗为研究方向,分析室外温度、湿度对系统能耗的影响。根据实验室负荷确定了空气源热泵能耗监测实验系统的设计方案,搭建了实验系统。实验系统包括两套独立空气源热泵空调系统,分别为低温空气源热泵冷(热)水系统和直流变频一拖三冷剂系统。系统具有三种空调末端形式以及三种送风方式,能够同时测试各项室外参数、室内参数以及系统各个设备的运行数据,并记录在服务器中。本文记录了实验系统的设计、搭建过程,以及施工、调试过程中出现的问题和解决方法。实验系统能够研究不同室内外条件下系统的冷热量及能耗、变工况下室内气流组织、不同因素影响下的室内舒适度、雾霾对室内环境的影响、新风换气机能耗等。

本文通过实测实验系统运行的各项数据,从室外温度和室外湿度两个方面对系统能耗进行研究,定量分析室外温湿度对空气源热泵空调系统能耗的影响,对比两种空气源热泵空调系统的冬季供暖能耗。结果表明:两套空气源热泵空调系统在测试条件下的运行都满足了冬季办公建筑舒适性空调的设计温度要求;室外温度越低、湿度越高时,系统运行时的COP越小。冷剂系统的能耗较水系统稍低一些。

The air source heat pump uses air as a heat source,which can give consideration to both winter heating and summer cooling.Especially,as a heat source for heating in winter,it can absorb heat from the outdoor environment and transfer heat to the indoor area by consuming a small amount of electric https://www.360docs.net/doc/cb3345895.html,pared with traditional heat sources such as coal-fired boiler and gas boiler,it is safer,energy saving and environmental protection.It is more stable than solar heating,and can achieve continuous heat supply.At present,our country advocates the use of electric energy and the use of renewable energy to reduce coal pollution and improve air quality in winter.Inexhaustible air is a renewable natural energy.The air source heat pump air conditioner has a high heating efficiency and a cooling coefficient,which is several times higher than that of direct electric heating.Air source heat pump air conditioning system is the most potential environmental protection product to reduce emissions and reduce fossil fuel usage.

The energy consumption of air source heat pump air conditioning system is greatly influenced by outdoor environment.In this paper,the energy consumption of air source heat pump is taken as the research direction.The influence of outdoor temperature and humidity on system energy consumption is analyzed.According to the laboratory load,the design scheme of air source heat pump energy consumption monitoring experiment system is determined,and the experimental system is built.The experimental system consists of a cryogenic air source heat pump cold(heat)water unit and a direct current frequency conversion direct evaporating one split three split air conditioning unit.The system includes two sets of independent air source heat pump air conditioning systems,three terminal forms and three air supply modes.It can test all kinds of outdoor parameters,indoor parameters and the running data of each system at the same time,and record them in the server.This paper records the problems and solutions in the design,construction,construction and commissioning of the experimental
